the punisher's prison scene where he kills all those prisoners & daredevil's stairwell fight were the best scenes ive watched in a long time. daredevil makes flash n arrow look like sesame street lol
+sir dave The DC shows are everything the DC fans hate about marvel. Yet before Daredevil and Jessica Jones, they used to say DC is better than Marvel because of the TV shows. Yet the DC TV shows are so cheesy sometimes, full of puns and jokes that don't really land. "DC is better because is dark and serious" - DC 'fan' and they praise the TV shows. Weird to me.
the overhead shot of the aftermath of Frank's slaughter in the prison was a great shot...one of the most memorable tv moments ever. Frank in the noob whites and all the guys that tried to kill him in orange...blood everywhere. Just amazing.
Wow! I just realized I've been watching your reviews since you had like 15 thou now there's a lot more than a million ! Keep up the good work . I'm a fan!
+Emergency Awesome Cool video im a fan of the daredevil series ive watched all your videos so far keep up the awesome work (im a follower of your videos)
Let me know which storylines you want them to do for Season 3. They already implied that Bullseye would be coming soon. Posting new *Legends of Tomorrow* later tonight :)
Honestly Daredevil season 2 was awesome and this is not a criticism and I love this but it feels like it was also a backdoor pilot series for the Punisher
Season 2 was much better than season 1 and waaaaay better than Jessica Jones. Every episode of season 2 kept moving. There were enough characters to keep things fresh and interesting, but not so many characters that they couldn't be developed.
I loved the talk Matt & Elektra had on the season finale... but when she died man haha I was so hurt I was like "no they were supposed to go to London"
I definitely liked it. My only quibble is I felt like Matt's feelings on Electra went back and forth too quickly... he was pissed and avoiding her, then he couldn't live without her, then he was cold again, then hot. It didn't ring true, probably because I'd bought into his feelings about Karen. A free agent can bounce around like that, but not someone with someone more stable he has feelings for. Overall though, I liked it even better than the first season, probably because the Punisher was so amazing (and I loved the Punisher/Karen dynamic)
It was an awesome season. And I love how they just drop all the episodes at one time. Didn't get much sleep that night. Lol. The scene when Matt went to visit Kingpin was epic. Probably one of the best so far. The fight scenes with Punisher, amazing. I really love this show. Thanks for all your commentary. High five!
My fav scene excluding the vertical stairwell fight was when Punisher and Kingpin fight and he lets him out. That for me was one of the greatest scenes I ever seen and one of the greatest comic book show scene I ever seen in my life
+Josh Jelks MEh I dont think it was necessary. At least it didnt bother me. Plus they are making a spin off I think ou will see it there plenty of times.
+Henbot I think the only reason he didn't do that was because he didn't want to hit Daredevil. Also because in spite of what movies and video games have told you, a human being cannot actually fire a minigun unless it is mounted on a tripod. The recoil from those things is beyond insane.
I never really realized it before but YOU Charlie. You make the best review for Movies and TV-show. I think you are because you take those creation and review them for what they are and not for what you want it to be. Or for what you think is better. You are seriously the BEST. I've left anger comment on many video on RUclips because of the way they review it. I never left that kind of comment on a video of yours and that speak loudly for me. Thank you Charlie! Thank you so much.
Did anybody else get the 2004 Punisher movie reference in episode 13? When the colonel says "Should've taken your family to the bahamas" I think that is pointing towards it. Maybe I am wrong and it was just a weird line of dialogue, but idk.
Loved the season.Matt Murdock finding his Daredevil moves, the billy club was such a treat, Punisher, Elektra, Stick, Nobo, The Hand... All nailed it! Props for the sheer violence of the action, that Punisher prison fight was brutal.. Kingpin was scary! That story with Karen Page.. He told her he's Daredevil in the last shot, they may not make her a junkie, but there's that story where she sells his secret, ends with that pill popping soldier too, and Daredevil i think quits the Matt Murdock persona in the end. Also, i loved those one offs they ran with Daredevil in disguise as just some guy on the road, away from NY, and having some adventure, but I don't think we'll see that..
Daredevil is getting better and better. I can't wait for season 3. I love how it finished. I love the Punisher. He is the best version on TV or movies. Netflix is hitting all these shows out of the park.
I've to say Daredevil season 2 was just amazing. Non-stop action, fantastic acting, great storyline and without a doubt one of my favourite tv show seasons. Maybe arrow and flash can learn from this and air limited episodes so they concentrate on the story and acting more (especially arrow). Daredevil season 2 - 10/10.
And when 'The Blacksmith' died, my first thought was 'Clancy Brown Dies AGAIN'.. "Highlander".."Bucakaroo Bonzai' "Pet Sematary2...everytime he's a major character in a science fiction-esque movie, he dies..
I have to say I found it pretty funny when Fisk grabs Matt and slams his face into the desk, I was expecting someone to say "Dude, beating a blind guy? Wow, That's low..."
Just finished series 2, what a show. Can’t wait for the new series, hopefully the recent changes make it as close to the original as possible. Merry Christmas Charlie
Was a really great season, the Punisher and Electra were really good additions so hopefully they'll be back (Punisher series too hopefully) and was buzzing to see the Kingpin back, the face offs between him and the Punisher and him and Matt were awesome.
Overall, great second season. I really hope they make more. Also, did they ever determine why they were digging a giant hole? Did I miss something? Because it feels like it was never explained.
I thought season 2 started off slow but after episode 3 the stairwell fight I was hooked. Great first two seasons. Kingpin, Punisher and Electra all were great!!
Hi Charlie, I generally find your videos great and I know that it takes a lot of time to keep up with all the shows + additional stuff like daredevil or batman v superman. Having said that, the video covering episodes 7 - 13 felt a bit rushed. Do you think, once you manage to catch a breather you might be able to come up with an extended version? Some of the themes you haven't tackled in the current one are the evolution of Matt's relationship with Foggy, Karen seemingly changing profession or expected impact of Elektra's passing on Matt going forward? Thanks!
Jon Bernthal's Punisher stole the show! His scenes were magnetic, like the flashbacks with Matt and Elektra, but any scene with Frank Castle was amazing! Whether he's talking to Karen (Kastle: the ship that came out of f*cking nowhere and the fandom knows it but rolls with it anyway), Matt/DD, going up against the f*cking Kingpin (HE HEADBUTTS HIM OMG), his monologues and speeches, his perpetually bruised face just sucks you in! He makes you cry and cringe and cheer and you just... you can't help but root for this guy; this murderous brute killing machine who hangs drug dealers on meat hooks, who loves dogs and calls women "ma'am" and repeats his daughter's favourite bedtime story before every time he chooses ending a life to save a life.
+EthalaRide I'm so glad I'm not the only one who fell for Karen/Frank :) And yes, he was definitely the best thing about the season but kudos to Elektra and the actress' actual fighting skills.
You should rewatch the end of episode 12, punisher's old CO was hinting that the death of his family wasn't a drug deal gone south. That it was perhaps retribution for what really happened with Frank in Kandahar. The CO said "you think they'd really let that go?".
I guess I must have missed it, but at some point did they explain why they had dug that ENORMOUS hole in the bottom of that abandoned building? I mean, I know they were storing those weird blood bag people in the lower levels, but it doesn't explain at all why that hole was dug. And they made a pretty big deal about just how deep it was. Everything else that happened afterwards (finding the draining victims, black sky, subway tunnel and sewer tunnel connections) all could have been done using fairly normal "building basement" type of stuff. So what was the deal?!
I have a theory regarding that. The Hand in the comics worships a demon simply known as the Beast. I don't know much it, but knowing the Hand, it's probably not good. So that's where my theory comes along. It's possible that hole was meant to be used as some sort of portal for it to be summoned to the Earth.
not sure how many people will get this but everytime I see the Punisher on screen I think of the lead up into big pun's "dead in the middle of Little Italy" line, "hop in the hummer, the punishers ready"
Thanks for the review. I really enjoyed the series, especially Punisher. I was disappointed with the ending. Punisher picks off 3 or 4 ninjas from the roof, I was waiting for him to mow down the ranks with the mini-gun while they were lined up. Could have ended with a stronger Punisher, even though it was Daredevil's moment.
I'm surprised you've not mentioned the fact that Alias Investigations is now across the hall from the office of Nelson and Murdock. To me it means we should at least see some Daredevil characters in Jessica Jones season 2. Plus who knows if Jessica was listening when Matt spoke to Karen at the end...
It was good that they maintained the aspects that made season 1 great and core characters were further developed (especially Foggy standing strong!), but there were still some holes and things that didn't quite gel for me. My biggest issue though is that the two major storylines - Punishers revenge and Elektra vs the Hand were entirely disconnected. Indeed it would have been quite possible to run the entire Punisher story without Daredevil ever being involved by just having Foggy and Karen as the crossover link. What I would have loved to have seen in the last episode is the Punisher show up with his mini gun and entirely blow away all the ninja who were supposedly 'down stairs', while DD focussed on the bad guys on the roof and can some one please explain to me what was the purpose of the giant hole that the Hand were digging in the warehouse? NB is it weird that my favourite character is Melvin Potter and do you think they're ever going to have Betsy Beatty appear on the show?
I'm not a big comic book fan but Daredevil season 2 was well done! I liked how they perfectly introduced new characters and old ones; also, I like the fact that the new and old characters made him understand/overcome his weaknesses.
i totally agree: punisher was amazing, cant wait to see more of him, such a rich character, such a good actor casted as him. I waited whole series for punisher to "scratch his head" like Shane used to in TWD, but i guess first time Jon Bernthal did this on set, the director was like "woah woah Jon, youre NOT doing it here buddy"
I must say they have done a great job of this and have redeemed them self's from the old dare devil movie. This just opens the door for more marvel stories being told on netflex. I'd love to see a black widow story being told as the girls are being trained and growing up in the The Red Room Academy. That alone would be a great story to tell
ty for the review! but i think you missed the atlas investigations door sign easter egg in the end of the last episode, it was the last scene where Matt revealed himself to karen
the karen page romance was definitely necessary to show how isolated daredevil really had to become, also its a nice set up for season 3 in the fact that he finally told her who he is and the look on her face was it all makes sense i fucking love you
Wait, so there will be no Punisher series yet? I thought the series was already green lit last year. I remember the video you put up for it because you said that they chose to green lit a Punisher series first over the Iron Fist and that one was finally green lit earlier this year. So there's no Punisher series coming next year?
+Random Tom Jeph Loeb the head of Marvel TV said these were rumors. which means none of the reports were real, but they dont rule out the possibility of it happening
I believe MICRO on the CD refers to Microfiche...When I was in the Corps our records were kept on Microfiche and later on we could get our records from Microfiche on CD from Headquarters of the Marine Corps, hence "MICRO".....Semper Fi....Frank Castle!
Someone! anyone! What is the stone tablet with the eye in the secret room where they got the book?? I try to search but get nothing. Seems to me it is significant. Even if it is only an easter egg. It was like right in the middle of the shot when they opened the door.
When did you talk about Stone. Stone was in the mural promo for Season 2 and I was so disappointed to see he wasnt in there. Unless he was the guy who drove Stick, Matt and Elektra after she got slashed.
The moment the punisher and Kingpin met was by far one of the best moments ever in any comic book based media I seen. That was the peak for me but after that was downward drop in quality and ended up being like better acted and written Arrow.
I know Daredevil ,Jessica Jones ,Luke Cage ,and Iron Fist are doing Defenders but with the avengers infinity war part one coming in may 2018 shouldn't Marvel studios combining them altogether?
I hear that that the Netflix series characters may have cameos in the marvel movies but for the most part will be independent from the movies. It would be too hard to combine the tv series and the movies together and would probably just confuse the audience who haven't seen the Netflix series. Not to mention the Netflix shows are for a mature (R) audience while the movies are more for younger viewers (PG). I would rather they keep them separate because I find the shows far more enjoyable and putting them in the movies would lessen their own tv shows.
The Kingpin is reading the Daily Bugle in his cell. Can you imagine the drama it could bring to a Spiderman movie. What do you think about Kingpin joining on as a villain in a Spiderman movie?
Charlie is it likely possible that spiderman could maybe appear in the defenders or even be the one to recruit them in a season finale for infinity war ?
Actually, I do think what The Blacksmith did to Frank and his family was intentional. He made a point, in his discussion with Frank, or referring to some mission abroad that implied some kind of grudge against Frank.
Season 2 is AWESOME!!! I'm loving Punisher. He's just no nonsense taking jokers out. It seems like everyone is trying to give Daredevil a little more edge. His friends have been influencing him to chill out and it's made him soft. Stick, Elektra and Punisher are all trying to toughen him up. I like the dynamic though.
One flaw I noticed was the Punisher showing up in the end to save Daredevil. If he was that accurate, he could have just helped him out in the beginning and prevented the death of Elecktra. I know she had to die for the plot, but then Punish took out the ninjas mid battle, so he could have easily done that earlier. Like not even THAT much earlier. If he took out the thugs 5 minutes earlier with his amazing shooting skills, it would have made a difference.
Just bad timing. It's not like he knew Daredevil needed any help. Heck, I doubt he even knew what was going on when he got there. One of the greatest plays ever is based off bad timing: Romeo and Juliet.
4:23 I got it that Blacksmith didn't attack Frank's family on purpose, but knowing Frank wasn't going to join their crew really put him (and his family) on Blacksmith's shit list, right? Wasn't there a line or something about that? And what's the deal with Kandar or whatever the place/mission was that Frank wouldn't tell Karen about?
Emergency I know you are busy and I appreciate the consistent uploads. They are great!! However I think I represent many in saying we miss agents of shield!! So much has happened in the last 2 episodes and I would like to hear your take.
It's the newest addition to the animated Justice league movies DC has been doing these last couple of years, aimed at an "older audience". This was I think the sixth movie in this series I think, it came out last month. Justice League Vs Teen Titans
A small issue I have with DDS2 is that how it seems kind of "disconnected" to the bigger events in the MCU scale. They could have made a reference to cities falling out of the sky (Age of Ultron reference) or maybe a news clipping about the founder of Cross Industries gone missing ( Antman)
+irwin3036able DD Season 2 happens months after those events... Plus one of the point of the series is to show that common people have a life out of those big global events, in their own neighbourhoods.
+Jozef Leonor I thought that too, when I watched Gotham I was sure of it! Thanks for confirming that I wasn't going crazy! I loved the 10 minutes, pre-credit extended scene of Kingpin's rise to power in the prison, it was great.
Jozef Leonor It's the beginning of one of the episodes (6 or 7 maybe), where the opening credits don't show up for about 10 minutes (normally it's about 1 minute). It shows Kingpin arriving in prison and how he plans to become the top dog in prison. I love that bit.
Did anyone see the ending of the last episode where, Matthew was going back to his office and right when he was in the hall way, there was a door right across from his office and that door across said "atlas investigation" isn't that Jessica jones company ?? She moved office right in front of Matthew or ???
I absolutely loved it! way better than season 1. Jon Bernthal (not sure of the spelling) is a fantastic Punisher, can't believe that you didn't make a joke about all the blood just like Walking Dead
At the last part of e13 when matt is going to his office, just before he gets in you can see Jessica's Atlas office in front of his. So that's maybe another way to unified the characters?
the wrap up in the season finale seemed a little messy to me. it was kinda punisher doing his solo thing getting revenge on the blacksmith, and matt dealing with the hand. weaving them together, it seemed like just punisher sniping a couple baddies in the nick of time at the end of matt's fight, instead of an epic 3 vs the hand fight that everyone wanted.
Finally cut up on Daredevil, next up trying to get through all episodes of Agents of Shied from episode 8 of this year! After a long break because of "so many comic book shows!"
I hope Defenders actually spends the money to CGI the MetLife building into the Avengers Tower. They have it in the promos, but not the show episodes themselves. I also hope Coulson gets involved somehow to connect both TV universes a bit more.
the punisher's prison scene where he kills all those prisoners & daredevil's stairwell fight were the best scenes ive watched in a long time.
daredevil makes flash n arrow look like sesame street lol
Agreed. And I love the Flash!!
My jaw dropped watching the prison scene with the Punisher. So badass
+sir dave ikr LOL
+sir dave The DC shows are everything the DC fans hate about marvel. Yet before Daredevil and Jessica Jones, they used to say DC is better than Marvel because of the TV shows. Yet the DC TV shows are so cheesy sometimes, full of puns and jokes that don't really land. "DC is better because is dark and serious" - DC 'fan' and they praise the TV shows. Weird to me.
Well daredevil was pretty much the show that completely blew that concept out the window lol
I gotta tell you, The Punisher ruled this season. When he wasn't onscreen, it was like I was just waiting till he came back on. He stole the show.
the overhead shot of the aftermath of Frank's slaughter in the prison was a great shot...one of the most memorable tv moments ever. Frank in the noob whites and all the guys that tried to kill him in orange...blood everywhere. Just amazing.
Season 2 was fucking amazing one of my favourite seasons of any shows ever.

About agents of shield
oh magic awesome, will the flash and supergirl ever smash?
Do you think they are going to do Karen's actress/drug addiction story from the comics?
Honestly Daredevil season 2 was awesome and this is not a criticism and I love this but it feels like it was also a backdoor pilot series for the Punisher
+Emergency Awesome i'm hoping for bulls eye to be the season 3 villain

Jon Bernthal Is For Sure The BEST Punisher.
+Hot Pie he was good in fury as well
+Aphilas Araia when i first saw him i thought, "Holy crap its shane from twd"
Less Elektra and Ninjas and more Punisher and Kingpin
General Eiling was the Blacksmith...
+ShantyIrishman lex luthor was the Blacksmith :D
Danny phantom is the blacksmith...
I am the Blacksmith
It was an awesome season. And I love how they just drop all the episodes at one time. Didn't get much sleep that night. Lol. The scene when Matt went to visit Kingpin was epic. Probably one of the best so far. The fight scenes with Punisher, amazing. I really love this show. Thanks for all your commentary. High five!
Does anyone know what the point of the big hole was, as they never went back to explain it?
well they only came back to it in defenders
The prison Punisher scene was hands down my favorite scene of the season. So badass
By far one of the best scenes!!!
My fav scene excluding the vertical stairwell fight was when Punisher and Kingpin fight and he lets him out. That for me was one of the greatest scenes I ever seen and one of the greatest comic book show scene I ever seen in my life
Indeed, also I must say the stairwell fight was just an amazingly choreographed and a great callback to season one hall fight scene
+Lucas, Yes, that and Daredevil taking out The Dogs of Hell biker gang
Disappointed that Punisher didn't use the mini gun :/
The weekly planet reference, perhaps?
Oh my god so fooking true. I was just desperate for him to mini gun all the fucking stupid ninjas
Ikr
Batman v daredevil
Dawn of Affleck
Batman:Tell me is your series good
Daredevil:you we'll see
+Ahmed Abdulhameed in a crossover they actually fought to a draw and worked together later
+Jorgen Schroen I "well see" too
I never really realized it before but YOU Charlie. You make the best review for Movies and TV-show. same here broski
I think the drive is related to the character microchip who supplies the punisher with weapons and and stuff
Is it weird that i love Daredevil S2 and Batman v Superman.
I hate being a DC and Marvel fan. Why can't i be one sided like everyone else?
Lol right?
Nah... Be proud... Revolution for DC and marvel united fans... Love being both sided
Elektra is hawt af
nahh
+Vincent Brian Bernardo physically shes obviously hot but her accent was what got me sold.
True dat, Fish
Did anybody else get the 2004 Punisher movie reference in episode 13? When the colonel says "Should've taken your family to the bahamas" I think that is pointing towards it. Maybe I am wrong and it was just a weird line of dialogue, but idk.
Bahamas? they were in Puerto Rico
It felt like literally everyone this season took a backseat to The Punisher... So badass loved every scene with him.
+The King Can't wait for his stand alone next year
+Scott McKinstry definitely not next year
Jeff Vinje how so? Luke Cage is coming September, that doesn't leave a whole lot of time. I do hope it drops ASAP tho yeah.
***** It should be awesome

I'm starting to hate it since he's avoiding agents of shield recently..
+Nostalgia Guy yep
+Nostalgia Guy its on his facebook
Any scene with Elektra is so good.
Those with lectures from Karen Page... I fast forward or simply skip.
JUST finished season 2. The finale made me well up.
Yep, I dislike Karen SOO much. I keep hoping she'll get killed off.
I've been waiting forever forever for ur daredevil posts! Now that I've seen it, I feel relieved. Ur videos are epic! Keep it up man!
how can you skip that prison fight of The Punisher?!!! :O
Those were the best moments of the season
Since Bullseye doesn't kill Elektra maybe he will kill Karen Page once Kingpin sets him loose
+Crazy House Damn.. I think you're right..
And when 'The Blacksmith' died, my first thought was 'Clancy Brown Dies AGAIN'.. "Highlander".."Bucakaroo Bonzai' "Pet Sematary2...everytime he's a major character in a science fiction-esque movie, he dies..
Is the ''caught cheating'' newspaper at 3:40 refer to Jessica Jones?
I have to say I found it pretty funny when Fisk grabs Matt and slams his face into the desk, I was expecting someone to say "Dude, beating a blind guy? Wow, That's low..."

It will probably be followed up next season but it probably leads to a secret hideout or was where the dug up the tomb that they placed elektra in.
I thought season 2 started off slow but after episode 3 the stairwell fight I was hooked. Great first two seasons. Kingpin, Punisher and Electra all were great!!

Indeed it would have been quite possible to run the entire Punisher story without Daredevil ever being involved by just having Foggy and Karen as the crossover link.
What I would have loved to have seen in the last episode is the Punisher show up with his mini gun and entirely blow away all the ninja who were supposedly 'down stairs', while DD focussed on the bad guys on the roof
and can some one please explain to me what was the purpose of the giant hole that the Hand were digging in the warehouse?
NB is it weird that my favourite character is Melvin Potter and do you think they're ever going to have Betsy Beatty appear on the show?
I loved it when Stick saved DD & Elektra saved them form the Hand, Another great scene is when Punisher has the big prison fight
Dude, love your reviews.
I must say they have done a great job of this and have redeemed them self's from the old dare devil movie. This just opens the door for more marvel stories being told on netflex. I'd love to see a black widow story being told as the girls are being trained and growing up in the The Red Room Academy. That alone would be a great story to tell
ty for the review!
but i think you missed the atlas investigations door sign easter egg in the end of the last episode, it was the last scene where Matt revealed himself to karen
the karen page romance was definitely necessary to show how isolated daredevil really had to become, also its a nice set up for season 3 in the fact that he finally told her who he is and the look on her face was it all makes sense i fucking love you
have you watched the 100 and do you like it? i don't know whether I like it or not lol, or do you only do comic/book related videos ?
I don't remember if you mentioned this but the rooftop scene where he tapes a gun to his hand is straight from the comics
I know Daredevil ,Jessica Jones ,Luke Cage ,and Iron Fist are doing Defenders but with the avengers infinity war part one coming in may 2018 shouldn't Marvel studios combining them altogether?
we can only hope there smart enough to include them handling Street level crime while thanos attacks from above
we can only hope there smart enough to include them handling Street level crime while thanos attacks from above
Amazing show. Truly a master work!
+Luke Sky walker Kevin Feige said th MCU/Sony deal does not allow Spiderman to appear in the shows
Actually, I do think what The Blacksmith did to Frank and his family was intentional. He made a point, in his discussion with Frank, or referring to some mission abroad that implied some kind of grudge against Frank.
What was the purpose of the giant hole? Do they ever explain its purpose?
why are you not posting the flash vs zoom trailer breakdown
Cause there's other things that need his attention other than giving into his favoritism
Thanks For your daily Videos! - From Adam & Morgan
+Morgan blake thanks!
I was pissed all three didn't have a epic team up fight scene the season started off great but the last few episodes weren't that good
+Banestudent21 I liked the episode where Daredevil saves Punisher and they team up to beat the Irish men
+Tony Stark that was one for the books
I finished the whole season 2 at the start of spring break and I didn't have anything to do since both flash and arrow were on break....
Emergency I know you are busy and I appreciate the consistent uploads. They are great!! However I think I represent many in saying we miss agents of shield!! So much has happened in the last 2 episodes and I would like to hear your take.
Can you do a review of the new Justice League vs Teen Titans movie that just came out?
^^^
wait what?????
It's the newest addition to the animated Justice league movies DC has been doing these last couple of years, aimed at an "older audience". This was I think the sixth movie in this series I think, it came out last month. Justice League Vs Teen Titans
if you saw it, what would you rate it?
+buzz 5400 I would rate it about 4 stars out of 5, I liked the throne of Atlantis better.
am I mistaken, or was the blacksmith the same guy from the Jessica Jones series who was running the military supersoldier program?
I love your videos they are great
A small issue I have with DDS2 is that how it seems kind of "disconnected" to the bigger events in the MCU scale. They could have made a reference to cities falling out of the sky (Age of Ultron reference) or maybe a news clipping about the founder of Cross Industries gone missing ( Antman)
+irwin3036able DD Season 2 happens months after those events...
Plus one of the point of the series is to show that common people have a life out of those big global events, in their own neighbourhoods.
the prison scene where kingpin and punisher talked is the same place where jim gordon was also in. watch it in gotham s02e16
+Jozef Leonor I thought that too, when I watched Gotham I was sure of it! Thanks for confirming that I wasn't going crazy!
I loved the 10 minutes, pre-credit extended scene of Kingpin's rise to power in the prison, it was great.
ChickenWings what is this pre credit extended scene you speak of???
Jozef Leonor It's the beginning of one of the episodes (6 or 7 maybe), where the opening credits don't show up for about 10 minutes (normally it's about 1 minute). It shows Kingpin arriving in prison and how he plans to become the top dog in prison. I love that bit.
I loved it!!!! Can't wait for next year!!! Plus LUKE CAGE!!!
not sure if it's been said yet, but it looks like Matt's new office is right across the hall from Alias Investigations!
It said Hell's Kitchen needed all three to be saved But the punisher only literally shot a couple guys when during the big battle
Did anyone see the ending of the last episode where, Matthew was going back to his office and right when he was in the hall way, there was a door right across from his office and that door across said "atlas investigation" isn't that Jessica jones company ?? She moved office right in front of Matthew or ???
+keanu Romero *Alias
+keanu Romero No. her invegastigation compnay is called ALIAS, not ATLAS
I absolutely loved it! way better than season 1. Jon Bernthal (not sure of the spelling) is a fantastic Punisher,
can't believe that you didn't make a joke about all the blood just like Walking Dead
Is it possible that the dvd Frank took from its hiding spot is a reference to Microchip his friend and ally?
Are there multiple Blacks Sun's? Was Nobu one? (as he was able to come back from the dead/heal?)
At the last part of e13 when matt is going to his office, just before he gets in you can see Jessica's Atlas office in front of his. So that's maybe another way to unified the characters?
+Josh Waisblatt , her office is Alias Investigations. Atlas office was always there.
the wrap up in the season finale seemed a little messy to me. it was kinda punisher doing his solo thing getting revenge on the blacksmith, and matt dealing with the hand. weaving them together, it seemed like just punisher sniping a couple baddies in the nick of time at the end of matt's fight, instead of an epic 3 vs the hand fight that everyone wanted.
did someone know if there will be a season 3 of daredevil? and what about punisher? will he have his own show or maybe will appaer on defender ?
Finally cut up on Daredevil, next up trying to get through all episodes of Agents of Shied from episode 8 of this year! After a long break because of "so many comic book shows!"
Hmm I'm pretty sure the "micro" CD is a reference to Microchip , kinda like his sidekick, IDK where you got anything about a list from.
You forgot to mention the gladiator Easter egg. There's even a poster behind DD when he gets his new weapon.
No mention of Alias Investigations opening up right outside Nelson and Murdock?
that's Atlas not Alias
I hope Defenders actually spends the money to CGI the MetLife building into the Avengers Tower. They have it in the promos, but not the show episodes themselves. I also hope Coulson gets involved somehow to connect both TV universes a bit more.
Can you do a review of Agent Carther. Both seasons. Because I saw a few easter eggs
