MT stands for Multi Touring, not Adventure. Single disappointment so far for me is a lack of centre stand (which I'm rectifying). Improvements I've made that suit my style of riding are: screen extender, audible turn alarm, soft grips and a seat cover. You are I think the only one making material in english on this bike, keep up the good work.
Really helpful and useful as I am considering one of these. New to the UK with some 600mt's still available at a good price, but the 700mt is certainly a good looking bike and a good improvement.
Hi I’m over in the uk and am having real trouble getting my phone to connect with the qr scanner for the sat nav have you got yours connected? If so how did you do it? 👍🏻
Hello, I like the way you come across with your reviews and was wondering if can do a review on a FJR1300, plenty reviews on utube but none Australian the way you can, I have the 650MT and in love with it but looking to switch up to the Yamaha fjr es if I can, what I’m looking for to know in your opinion if is a good all round commuter or just a highway bike Cheers
Bought a white one with crash bars. Delivered today. Can't wait for weather to turn for the better to start riding.

Good review. As you say, not much out there for this model.

Mate if I can get one to take for a spin I would gladly do it. Looks like a good machine from what I can see.
Did you find the bike to be top heavy like the 650?
Yes the 650mt the 700mt and even the 800mt are all top heavy, the fuel tanks once full seem to add to the problem.
Great m8
Did it come with the engine guards?
Comes with a bash plate but lower and upper crash bars are extra.
43mm front travel 140mm
back mono travel 145mm, not 45
Great m8
