it's very heavy, I'm afraid of that brand too, but when I borrowed this model, what really charmed me the most was the incredible comfort when sitting, in relation to the angle of the handlebars and the angle of the legs. My back, arms, legs didn't hurt... The bike seemed to be made for a completely comfortable ride. You know that, I still have to write that you can recognize "China" on some components, but the bike pulled and sounded very nice, people turned to me😊
Greetings from Czech Republic, sorry for my english and have a nice day peoples🙋‍♂️🍀😊

Hi and thanks for the video. I live in the south of Spain and I own a the Sport model and have done 5000km on it. I can honestly say it’s one of the best bikes I have ever had. I am 60 years old and find the riding position super comfortable and the bike handles and holds the road amazingly well. I think it’s one of motorcycling’s best kept secrets.

I love my CFMOTO 700cl-x it is a simple oil change and cheap I stopped using the factory oil filter due to shipping delays and the dealership being 3 plus hours away so I found a replacement filter that works great the Fram XG7317 perfectly fit full synthetic performance oil filter in combination with the Castrol SAE 10w50 T4 for extreme high and low-temperature rides. Comes to about $65 total on Amazon but you get enough oil for two oil changes with one filter.
I have pushed my bike up to 120mph easy takes no time to get there really I'm in love with the Pirelli tires it almost feels like infinite grip when you launch it.
    Thanks for the video!

Agreed - this bike is way too much fun for the number on the price tag! I came from riding supersports, most recently I put close to 60,000 miles on a ZX-6R. I'm almost 50 years old and the raked seating position of a supersport was getting pretty hard on my back so I started looking for something different. I came across these bikes at my local Polaris dealership and took one out for a test ride. It reminds me a lot of a Ninja 650 that I had years ago, but I love the classic look of the Heritage bike and I appreciate the higher-spec equipment that comes on it standard. The 700 is a very torquey motor with enough power to have fun. It won't do 140mph on the highway but it's got plenty of power to climb up to 80mph pretty quickly. For sane riding it's perfect. Thanks to the 180 rear tire, low-end torque, and linear power delivery it's fantastic in the corners. It doesn't have traction control but it does have Bosch's continuous ABS system which I really like on the road. It provides some safety cushion while braking but it's not intrusive when riding more aggressively.
I bought CFMoto's tall seat. As a 6'2" rider the stock seat was a little bit low. Not bad but I prefer taller. I also bought the mirrors from the 700 CL-X Sport, which are really nice-looking bar end mirrors that tuck in above your hands so it doesn't make the handlebars too wide if you lane-split.
I love mine. I've never really used AliExpress for bike parts before, but since this thing is so popular in Asia it's easy to find tons of accessories for it there. Most things I've ordered from there arrive at my home in the U.S. in about 3 weeks.

Hey, thank you for the video. I bought the 2023 70 clx sport yesterday on clearance for 4500, which I thought is an amazing deal. You will probably agree. This is the first bike I’ve been on in about 30 years. I’m 51 now and just had to scratch that itch. I agree with you on the display. The newer models with the new display just look so much better. The app that the bikes connect to is amazing. I wish all vehicle makers would include something like this. Most you end up paying a monthly subscription for the cell service that the bike has for its positioning. Thank you again. I’m also a born and raised WVa boy who just happened to move to Florida a few years back.

No it was not, unfortunately. It ended up being just over 5500 out the door. That pic is from when I bought my bike. I got the last one, it had been there for a while.

I liked what you said right at the end: Don’t be afraid of the name…
Man, if you knew how many cool stuff the Chinese are making these days, you’d be surprised.
From EV cars, to bikes, to mics and cameras…

Considered changing tires, but decided they're more than adequate for my riding. Instrument panel is definitely designed to match the look of bike. The biggest disappointment for me is the fuel tank. Should be 4.5 gal like the 650NK. I am going to try rectangular mirrors with a shorter stalk. I love this bike so much that I also bought a 300NK. My 700 CL-X was $5999 + TTL because of manufacturer rebate. The 300NK was $3999 + TTL. Very fun bikes!

Hello, It was cool to hear you mention you usually put 1.9 gallons to fill the gas. Most of the time mine takes that same amount. The tank is just shy of 3.5 gal. (3.4) by CFMoto specs. and the oil is 2.2 quarts to fill. I love riding my CL-X too. "Fun" is almost an understatement. I'm parking mine for the Winter today and am hoping for Spring already.

I picked up a Heritage about 5 months ago and LOVE it so far. I do find the suspension/ride a bit harsh and need to learn exactly what the adjustments are - I mean I know they suspension is fully adjustable but I can't find any sort of "guide" as to what the various settings actually do and have been reluctant to dink around with it.... if anyone reading this can give me some simple explanation or point me to one online it would be greatly appreciated.... anyway, I agree with you - this was my first naked bike (I have always owned Harleys in the past) and it has been a great experience. A LOT of fun to ride.

I have one and I love it. Some things I would do different and some I am! but it's a great bike. The brown seat only comes on the UK Grey version and is an aftermarket option on the US version (nothing unusual). I hate the (urine sample container) break reservoir and it's (shelf bracket looking) mount. Breaks are honestly really nice for me. I also own an 03 Harley Electra Glide (have been riding it for years) and bought a 2022 Benelli 302s in may. Just got my CLX last month.

The brown seat also comes standard in Australia on the grey model. I have one. I love the look of the leather style seat

  • @Darkjazerant
    @Darkjazerant Год назад +1

I have the Heritage model (Called the Classic in Australia). I immediately changed the mirrors to bar ends which are very closely matched to the sport model. Mirrors on all bikes look terrible and i always change them to bar ends. The seat is the leather style in Australia too on the grey model only, and i go on day rides and find the seat pretty comfortable. I really like the cluster as is because it matches the style of the bike, a TFT is not a requirement imo. The only thing i don't like about the bike is the fuel sensor seems to be set too high maybe? it shows as low fuel when it has about 6 litres left. I also think the brakes have plenty of stopping power and i ride through the hills on my day rides, in the twisties.

    Stunning scenery.
It really is a great bike.
Thing is, would you go a slightly used SV650 with low mileage/kms, or a brand new CF Moto 700 or Benelli 752s... All decent options at around the same price here in Oz. MT07 is probably the most fun, but I'm not a massive fan of its design.

They make an adventure model of this which for some reason doesn't come to North America and it's probably a better ADV than most ADVs with 2-3k higher price tags.
