Ridden 500 miles on mine now, very happy with the purchase.
There were a few 2022 leftover models in the States, and I bought mine after a deep discount, which was like half of other bikes I looked at in this CC range. The battery was no good (expected after two years sitting) but easily replaced under warranty.
Bargain of the year but not short on fun!
    Bravo CFMOTO!

Great review Mark. This bike looks like alot of fun and capable of a good variety of riding styles. I was eager on the Benelli Leoncino 500 Trail and your review convinced me to buy back in 2021. The Leoncino has been a hoot! Great value for money, stylish and super capable. Never let me down after 3 years of riding.. A similar style to this CFMOTO. I'll get out and try this one before too long. Love your Channel Mark. Keep up the great work mate!

Again, nice one Mark! I tried a CL-X, which is the street model and I must say, that engine surprised me! Positively, that is!
So searched for ECU updates on YT and sure enough, an american firm did a dyno-run and flashed the ECU and then another dyno-run. The difference was huge! Not only in gained power, but in the delivery, pickup and smoothness.
Not to mention earlier in the revrange. And that was without changing in-and-out. (air and exhaust) Very interesting machine indeed!
    Cheers!

The colors are great. The exhaust and forks being gold makes it pop in a wonderful way. The silver/blue/black on the rest is just nice. I hated the CLX badging when i first saw it, but seeing the rest of the bike made me like it.
Cruise control surprised me... should be standard on every bike. The speedo was also a meh for me at first, but I do like the concept of it. I am curious as to what it looks like at night though.

I know tech has moved on but still makes me worry when i see them .
Still a gorgeous looking bike though .

This is the best looking of the CX-Moto 700 offerings. I like the wheels [tubeless?, odd front wheel size at 18''] and the high front mudguard. Ditto the side rails which I assume take luggage. The downpipes at the front look vulverable if the intention is for the bike to go offroad. 3,000 miles service interval: that's okay for an oil change, but what else? I bet it won't be cheap. Or necessary. That alone would cancel my interest in England. Expensive servicing cancels out the benefit of such a long warranty. In Thailand, it wouldn't make much difference at around 2.30 GBP an hour, although I don't think this bike is available here.
The usual thorough review, Mark. Nick J

Another great review there Mark. What concerns me about these Chinese made machines is what will they be like in 5 to 10 years time and what will they be like for getting parts for them. When you consider what's going on in China at the moment, these tasks will probably nigh on impossible in a few years time.
Look how much Freddie Dobbs is suffering now trying to get a head gasket for his Bonneville. And Triumph are based in the UK!!

Great video and very interesting new bike! It has a Super Moto look, almost as if the front wheel could be a 21. I agree with your statement about likely damage from front wheel debris. It needs a black inner mud guard for the back half of front tyre but I don't see a way of fitting it. I didn't see a cruise control light, or if you can use the CC button to slow down/accelerate. It would be great if there was a way to display phone navigation on the LCD.

Mainstream manufacturers should be worried because every New model coming out of the factories has massive improvements, they are bridging the gap quickly & should be taken very seriously. The issue for most bikers is the fact that they come from china, but so does most of the things we have in our homes! Excellent review as usual my Friend.
