Am I D*ickhead?

Am I a DICKHEAD? 🍆👨‍🦲
I always go through a moral dilemma when dealing with Below Market Value (BMV) properties.
An outsider looking at this will likely say, "you're taking advantage of this person because they're in money troubles", whereas I know I have good intentions and would never do that.
This is my mindset going into something like this - "I'm glad it's me and not someone else, because I'm going to treat them fairly."
You know what I mean?
