Hope I am online when you start. Sounds interesting. Maybe its just me me but what was denial based on? Its not like they are taking away anyone's jobs here and as I understand things that was the concern in immigration. (Taking jobs away from US citizens)

@kerry, when they think you are working in the US, they can deny your entry.

traveled to the us for the first time last
January but i was deported from the airport because my i20 was cancelled by the university for a little misunderstanding between us. And i started asylum process because i thought mental fear counts as asylum. I immediately cancelled it after i knew the real meaning of asylum at the same hour. i had to stay in the us for 3. I returned home with a revoked visa and a 5 year ban. BUT the immigration officer said that he gave me a waiver But the immigration officer told me to talk to the university to send me another 20 and I did. They sent me another valid i20 and I studied the spring semester online from my country. I have all documents to prove what i say is true. What should i do in my next interview in the embassy. The university said that they will write a strong letter to the embassy to prove that i have real intentions of studying because ive been studying online now. Do you think this will help?
