Good morning ma'am. I wanted to ask that in my ds160 I wrote B2 visa since I am going for tourism. However my appointment confirmation LETTER says B1/B2 in the visa class section. So will that affect my visa in any way ? Shall I change my ds160 since my appointment is in 10 days. I am very stressed.

Nothing to worry. There is no separate B2 category. Even you say B2, it will still fall under B1/B2 classification.
