Oreo I have a cataract and I can have surgery to get rid of it but I ain't gonna let ANYONE fuck up my eye. PS cataracts runs in the family my grandma has it, my mum has it and I have it but mine is on the back of my eye not the front.

They put numbing stuff on it but it didnt work and i could feel EVERYTHING, they had to put about 4 shots into my tooth and mouth! IT HURT SO BAD. and its a couple years later now and its still only just starting to grow in. I have already lost 2 other back teeth at my young age and at the dentist they called me their LOUDEST SCREAMER. Not the best title to be known by. lol, my parents still tease me about it till this day. IT SUCKS.
Samantha Swick When my friend was little she would get a TON of ear aches and later on when she went to the doctor for it she had to get tubes in her ears so she could hear and whenever she goes swimming she has to wear ear plugs or else she gets water in the tubes. And they have to take them out and put them back in a lot, i think its because they need to clean them, i dont know though

Dude your ok you don’t want to know what I had at my dentist if you do read further I had a tooth pushing my ether tooth and a tooth coming in from the bottom and the tooth was hurting a lot. When It was time I had a shot in the back of my mouth then the gum. As soon as they used the screwdriver my tooth crumbled in my mouth. Because it was rotten Like if you feel my pain.
The worst feeling as a child was pulling out a loose tooth when there was those tiny little roots still attached and you yanked the tooth out and they ripped in the worst way.

about the eye surgery thing, are you like really awake during the process? do you see everything? ? i mean, what or how do you see when your lens is being removed? if you know stuff about it, i'm very interested.
Yes you are awake as if your asleep you essentially have no lense as the eye does not process light, so your lense is harder to see as your pupil is smaller, as for being able to see, I have had this and would describe it as, you see exceptionally clearer for the time the lense is gone but at the same time it's like your staring into the sun, everything is so bright as there is no lense protecting your eye from light and I don't care what they say about it not hurting, IT FUCKING BURNS, it is probably more horrible than, well, I don't know, but it is really bad
+RUclipsrs and Bands I had a piece of steel embedded in my pupil once, when the doctor was digging it out my vision went all distorted like a field of view adjustment in a game. It was so hard to not move my eyes with that going on, especially when I knew that if I did, I would end up blind in that eye. I think you need to be awake as you move your eyes in your sleep, but not sure about being under general anaesthitic

The most part of my wisdom tooth surgery itself (not the post-surgical pain) was when they were injecting my gums with a the deadening agent. I was loopy but fully conscious and remember feeling _relief_ when each tooth was extracted. I could feel pressure being taken off my teeth, and I think only _once_ during the entire operation itself did I feel pain. American healthcare is top-notch. Also, what people _don't_ mention is that there are so many organizations out that can help with medical costs, and that certain people can qualify for low-cost insurance.

I had a tooth pushing my ether tooth and a tooth coming in from the bottom and the tooth was hurting a lot. When It was time I had a shot in the back of my mouth then the gum. As soon as they used the screwdriver my tooth crumbled in my mouth. Because it was rotten

Oh gods...the dental one reminded me of last year getting three of my wisdom teeth removed, the numbing gel works fast but when that needle hits the nerve....omg, the pain is like nothing you'd expect. Then hearing the grinding, cracking of the teeth being broken out of the jaw bones.... *shudder* Then every tastes like blood for like the next few days.....

LittleCreepyRed for me, the needle didn't hit a nerve when I went in, but it was really close to a main nerve. the ENTIRE left side of my face was completely numb, even my blinking was a bit off, my right eye opened and shut faster than my left. everyone thought it was fuckin hilarious, including myself...... that damn tingling/cold feeling when it wears off though.... gah I hate that

The numbing gel doesn't help a massive amount, by the way. It does a bit, but it's not the most effective thing.

about the eye surgery thing, are you like really awake during the process? do you see everything? ? i mean, what or how do you see when your lens is being removed? if you know stuff about it, i'm very interested.

Yes you are awake as if your asleep you essentially have no lense as the eye does not process light, so your lense is harder to see as your pupil is smaller, as for being able to see, I have had this and would describe it as, you see exceptionally clearer for the time the lense is gone but at the same time it's like your staring into the sun, everything is so bright as there is no lense protecting your eye from light and I don't care what they say about it not hurting, IT FUCKING BURNS, it is probably more horrible than, well, I don't know, but it is really bad

I think you need to be awake as you move your eyes in your sleep, but not sure about being under general anaesthitic

And I love how everyone complains about American healthcare. Yes, we believe in the power of pain reduction! The most part of my wisdom tooth surgery itself (not the post-surgical pain) was when they were injecting my gums with a the deadening agent. I was loopy but fully conscious and remember feeling _relief_ when each tooth was extracted. I could feel pressure being taken off my teeth, and I think only _once_ during the entire operation itself did I feel pain. American healthcare is top-notch.
Also, what people _don't_ mention is that there are so many organizations out that can help with medical costs, and that certain people can qualify for low-cost insurance.
