Great vid, once again... looking forward to rebuilding my '92. Thanks for going into such detail, def reference when assembling mine. Can't wait to hear your '93 barkin again, hopefully the YT alg gives gives you more views! I remember it took Sabo quite awhile to get his views rolling. Looking forward to the next one.

Hey thanks a lot man! I appreciate it! I hope you’re right, but if I can help just one person get their engine back in action, I did my job :)

Nice video, I have a 98' CR250 that is about 85% complete. Unfortunately I did not get much footage of rebuilding it like i did with all my other bikes.

Thanks man! I had the same thing happen with a cr80. I started filming the rebuild, but kind of just lost interest in filming it… then my phone got run over so the footage was gone anyway 😅

Where did you get that engine stand?

I think I got it off Amazon but I might be wrong. Rocky Mountain sells it. Makes engine building so much easier! I wasn’t a believer until I got one. Way better than the wood box a lot of folks use

How did to tighten down the flywheel without the flywheel holder tool ?

    • @jimmy_dirtbike

I have an engine lockup tool from Rocky Mountain ATV where I thread it into the spark plug hole that stops the piston from moving up and down. Works good! Thought I had it in the video
