Bought a 93 a few months ago for the motor and a few parts for this build actually! It didn’t have a title so I parted it out and kept the motor! It’s brand new too sitting on shelf! 😅

@@jimmy_dirtbike Ughhh.... you are killing me. Pretty much the same bike. I bought a 93' 125 and 250. Best bikes I ever had.

got a chance to take a look at your channel, that 94 is diffidently coming together and fired right up no problem. I will look again but the frame paint looks good, is it paint or powder on this bike ? the color of white is pretty much right on I think. Asking because I have "Project 93, Canada's WORST Dirt Bike" build happening on my channel and have been looking for a color for the frame.
Awesome Job though and keep up the good work!!!!

Thank you very much! This has been one of my favorite bike projects so far actually. Really fun to see it coming together like it has! It’s powder coated using Polar White from Prismatic Powders. I’ve used the same stuff on a cr125, cr500 and CR80 and they all come out awesome. Powder is holding up very well too. Highly recommend it!!

Hey man so I just rewatched your QA carb vid and I was thinking of ordering and throwing one on my 93 I already have a JD jet kit in my kehin pj carb so is all you did was swap those jets and needle into the QA carb from Rocky Mountain and she fired up and ran fine ? The stock PJ carb is giving me some issues and can’t seem to get it right.

I would call jd and double check to see if there’s any changes between the needles for the pj and pwk. Might be different, I’m not sure! But yes, I just put legit kiehin jets in it and bam! Fired up great. Mitch Allard just posted a video doing the same thing on his 94 as well!
