2019 Camaro Rear Camera Mirror Upgrade Kit Install | Gen5 DIY

Have you been in a fully equipped 2019 Camaro with the live vision rear-view mirror and say "Oh I have to have this". Now you can with this kit from Gen5DIY. This kit is available for all 2019 Camaro models (except for the ZL1-1LE), that didn't come with the live rear-view mirror from the factory. For those with 1LE models (Non-ZL1) that have the 3 piece design spoiler, our kit will come with a new center section that has the camera pre-installed into it. For those with the wing spoiler or Blade spoiler the kit will come with a new wing spoiler with the camera. If your 2019 doesn't have a spoiler, please contact us prior to ordering. All spoilers will have to be painted when you receive them.
The kit comes complete with the following items:
Correct rear spoiler, with camera, for your VIN#. Spoiler must be painted when you receive it, we do not ship them painted.
New Rear-View Mirror
Harness kit

Can the camera and mirror display be used with just power and ground or does it need to talk to a computer in the car?

What exactly is the green wire for? Is it switched 12 volt, constant 12 volt, LInBus??

why is a power wiring needed from the K33 HAVC Control Module when there is the same power source (Circuit 539) already in the existing mirror cable?? WHy this extra effort to route the power cable to the K33 HVAC Module?

This video was helpful but i was wondering what you had to do to fit the camera in the wing? I have a 19 2ss with the camera in it already but wanted to change the spoiler to the acs gen 6 rear deck spoiler #48. Do you think that would work?

Any solution for 2020 ZL1 1LE? The 2020 uses Camaro uses the camera to be mounted in the shark fin on top of the roof.
