Many people aren't familiar with CFS. I co-moderated a couple of online chronic pain support groups at one time and a few of our members had CFS.
What most people didn't understand is that many people with CFS also experience chronic pain that range from mild flu like symptoms to severe muscle and joint aches and pains that is often debilitating.
    Thanks for sharing!

I might go to places that I know will be quiet or at times when there are less people around. I've become quite good at mentally blocking out what's around me. I do sometimes wish I could close my ears like I can shut my eyes but if I can't shut out the sound if I focus intently on a single sound or voice then everything else fades away.

SUPERTELL random videos. Mine is so bad if I even take a walk around the block and come home my brain burns and I feel ljke I could die and seize. I haven’t been officially diagnosed but I have all the symptoms. The biggest one being the overstimulation (although some may be anxiety) not all anxiety but I’m sure anxiety is at play. I also can’t conversate with people without getting the awful brain overstimulation as well.
