nice, now all you have to do is rip everything out take off top chassis section feed your sensor wire correctly under the battery tray through center slot for a cleaner setup, nice video again
nice car I have a b5m lite too , with exo tek servo horn, and schelle arm mounts/jc concepts/associated rear hubs/ I also have the black box 410 R its dope! I just got it rewired for 20 bucks at associated.....Dope video..
Did you break any front bulkheads on the b5m? I just broke my 2nd one, im considering going aluminum but im worried that will just cause other things to break do im not sure if I should
The issue with aluminum is you risk bending it. There always needs to be a weak link. The front is usually bulkhead or a-arms. Castor blocks and steering blocks too, depending on what and how you hit. If you go aluminum make sure it is a reputable brand. Stay away from anything Integy.
JAMMIN RC I just meant all the parts needed to lighten the vehicle and drivetrain to be super competitive. Probably not as bad with the Factory Lite that just came out.
JAMMIN RC Oh geez. I had been ordering them slowly over time. I for sure have over a couple hundred just in aftermarket parts. They are not NECESSARY to race in the stock class. It just helps you get the most out of your equipment, since stock racing is not overpowered like mod.
Nothing really. lol I would start with the box stock setup. Should be pretty close. Running mod, you dont really have to worry about weight as much. You dont NEED anything. lol You will have plenty of power with the 8.5. Ask around at your local track to see what the mod guys are running and recommend.
JAMMIN RC I had to cut a square out above the fan to clear the stock body. Not sure if it fits under some of the other bodies out there like the Finnisher from JConcepts.
I like how you did the motor wire solders. Very clean!

What shocj oil weight did you like in the RC10B5M?

I just purchased the visa slipper kit...how do I install it and what slipper pads can I use?.....thanks
I'm digging the fan because then you can gear your motor crazy and still stay cool. Btw the car is looking good👍
RcPlus19 Thanks man. I cant wait to get it on a track!
What does more tow in do?
Toe-in on the rear will improve stability and a little bit of toe-out on the front will improve turn in.
@VoyageRC Thanks I just bought a used associated 2wd buggy as a roller and it looks like it had Lot of tow in
Will the RPM bumper fit the B5?
Did you break any front bulkheads on the b5m?

Sik ride bruh! B5M is still a good chassis!
True that!
Hey. How is stock more expensive?
JAMMIN RC I just meant all the parts needed to lighten the vehicle and drivetrain to be super competitive. Probably not as bad with the Factory Lite that just came out.
How much you think all the upgrades cost?
JAMMIN RC Oh geez. I had been ordering them slowly over time. I for sure have over a couple hundred just in aftermarket parts. They are not NECESSARY to race in the stock class. It just helps you get the most out of your equipment, since stock racing is not overpowered like mod.
Oh nice. I wanna run a 8.5 mod what would I most likely need to upgrade from the regular kit?
Nothing really. lol I would start with the box stock setup. Should be pretty close. Running mod, you dont really have to worry about weight as much. You dont NEED anything. lol You will have plenty of power with the 8.5. Ask around at your local track to see what the mod guys are running and recommend.
Nice video dope ass car
m0ntreal mann Thanks man!
Ya the rear hubs are compatible with the b5 and b5m so on the rear motor it would have been on the proper side
How much does the car weigh and I would clean up that wire mess also for stock I would go with the schelle lock out
+Andrew Sreckovich Dont have a weight. Wires are getting cleaned up.
Hey you ever considered the infinity chassis?
+JAMMIN RC Yes I have. Its on my list. lol Pucks and Infinity chassis.
Hey when you get it could you do a performance vid?
When you think you getting it?
+JAMMIN RC I try to do a vid for everything that I run. I dont know how soon it will be.
I was gonna order the fan brace but $15 for that and it gets here in 2 weeks??
Was that the same for you?
+JAMMIN RC They print to order so it does take a little time.
How does the fan fit with the stock body?
JAMMIN RC I had to cut a square out above the fan to clear the stock body. Not sure if it fits under some of the other bodies out there like the Finnisher from JConcepts.
How much did it reduce your temps ? And I see your only running stock gearing
JAMMIN RC Right know I am running 69/30 and the fan does help. Its not a HUGE help but it does do its job.
What temps you pulling?
I was running a high gearing 35/69 on my b5m lite. And it was cumin off at 123-132. The speed was just where I wanted it
JAMMIN RC I dont have a temp gun, sadly.
what is the difference between the 3 gear diff and 4 gear?
Diff is the same. As for the transmission, besides the obvious extra gear in the 4 gear, the motor rotation is reversed.
Nice!!
is this the team kit or factory lite?
janith ramos TEAM KIT
can you run the 3 gear in mod buggy
gavin singleton yes you can. Some say the 4-gear gives better rear bite in mod, depending on the racing surface.
You should work for Team Associated, you sell parts!
no you just mounted your hub carriers on opposite sides
Needs sway bars !!! (Just a opinion)
but do you even run it? Like coo parts, no use if its a table top queen.
have since upgraded to a B6
Um
Outstanding ...wanna sell it ?
This went away a long time ago
Umm ...lol good video though umm other than that
Umm thanks HAHA
MAH lol, i dunno why but that really bothers me when people pronounce it like that..milliamp hour..
If you had put all the money that these parts costed in Bit coin or Netflix stock you would be wealthy right now!
Facts! 🤣
Say um less. Its distracting.
parkerj112 umm okay
Did you modify where the fan goes on the mount for the motor or does it come with that
That was a 3d printed mount to accommodate the fan.
@@VoyageRC do they sell them on eBay or Amazon
@@dustinplee5067 I’m sure you could search for one. The one I used was from shapeways. This was years ago though.
