Hey trev, used to comment years ago when I had a Chinese scoot and used your vids to help me get them faster.
I've recently been tuning up a 1999 Adly (HER CHEE) CAT FUN 50 up to 70cc for my fiancee.
Its a Taiwanese copy under licence of your yamaha jog and almost everything is interchangeable.

Easy 55mph and a strong pull all the way there for her.
We just use it round town and want reliable power.

These Adlys were popular here in Argentina. It came as the Herchee Adly 100cc scooter, they used these cylinders for drag racing because they fit the Honda PA50 case.

That leak in the cylinder could be a problem when the bike is warmed up and has expanded. Love how the build is coming, and what pipe did you end up ordering? The c16 looks crazy on the small jogs

do you have any recommendations on a variator to buy, im running the stock variator rn and i can top out at around 70km/h with a 70cc malossi cylinder and a LeoVince tt unrestricted exhaust. I would love to get some information that should I go with a polini, malossi or maybe a stage 6 variator.

@@MOPBOYZ i have aprilia amico - simmilar to this JOG with 10' wheels . And it is allways broken. What solution you have to fuel tap , when you change a carburatour to bigger one and there is no much vacum to open fuel tap (fuel is not flowing) ?

This is the cylinder you tried to tune with the smartcarb, right?

@@MOPBOYZ even if you don’t plan on running it in the final build, it might be worth slapping that smartcarb back on when you put this engine in the Jog to verify whether or not that was the issue.
