Can all of the musicians take a second and acknowledge how locked in and tight this is? You can definitely tell they've been playing together for years and have that chemistry all musicians hope for.
I know his bassist and drummer have been with him for a few years at least. He did use a bluegrass group from Nashville (I believe) for a little while, and recorded the new album with them. But those two have been playing with him for a few years at least and are from the same area as him. But, as far as I can tell, I think all 3 of these guys are the original Food Stamps band. Idk. Just my opinion and what I've noticed lol
@@Aka60thChip absolutely not true! They’ve had the same band forever! Hair grows and style changes bub. Got the Colgate smile hot rod on the drums, Craig on the funky bass, and James on the lap steel. They’ve all been there for quite a while

This guy is so underrated. How is this not playing on every country radio station?? Ohh..that's right, country stations are too busy playing rap and pop.
This is my favorite version of this song. I like it better than the one on the album. Both are awesome, but I can’t stop listening to this particular one! Love it!!
I absolutely love Tyler's voice and his music! I pretty much listen to him all day/every day while I'm at work on my headset! Peace & love from British Columbia, Canada!
When people see me listening/singing Tyler Childers they say "I never thought Id see the day you were a country fan" And I tell them Tyler aint country music, hes his own thing, hes an experience all his own. There is NO ONE like Tyler imo. You got guys that are kinda similar, sure, but there aint anyone who truly makes you feel the same things this guy does. What a damn talent, and it makes me proud to be a Kentucky boy!
Tyler Childers you best my friend you should be the one on the radio you that good and songs have stories like the old country legend keep it up love all your songs man please come to St Louis
jordan dowd, it’s a matter of taste. I like Tyler’s older stuff, it was a little more gritty. But hey generally pretty damn good, and I never liked country music before. Hank Jr. being an exception
During this song I was backstage with my grandpa(who also played at this festival) wondering who this dude was while being in awe from how much I liked him.
Tyler and his croup are so good! Just sad that this type of music isn’t popular anymore. I love this kind of music! Amazing job Tyler! My wife and I would love to see you in concert!

Can't even lie, Tyler Childers singlehandedly turned me into a country fan
He sings from the heart
"Americana"
On gawd gurl
I’m a country fan but will always be a grunge fan
This is not country! Folk music!! All the same hes amazing!!
Is it just me or are you listening to this for the 17th time today as well?

22nd winter and her and the banks! This is one of my favorites too they are all so gooood!
Holy shit. It sounds exactly like it does on the album. Jesus, this guy is good.
Sounds better if you ask me!
I liked the live version better to be honest
Wish the album version had the steel guitar like this one. It’s amazing.
That’s the first thing thought too
it gets me every time how amazing his voice is
This song needs to be about 4 mins longer
"All I know is that when I'm good and sober I'm leaving west Virginia for a while..."
Or just never end
That’s why we can put it on repeat 💯🫡
