You haven't made the image hi-resolution, you've just blurred the pixels. An image that is not already hi-resolution cannot be made hi-res. If you want a high-resolution photo, it has to be photographed that way to begin with. You can't add pixels to a photographed image, you can only manipulate the pixels that are already there. It's not hi-res when you zoom in on it, it's just blurry now instead of pixelated. This NOT converting low to high, because that cannot be done with a photo.

hi! Is this tech always work or is there a limit? For example, I have an image which is pixels are 2000x4000, can I be able to render it as 7000x10000, and is it works for international paper size printables?
Thanks for the tutorial , can this be done to a video file? In photo shop or premiere with image sequence or just a mp4 video?🤓I have some small resolution video's and wonder if you can use same as your photoshop workaround. Without having to do frame by frame .
