Yes! It's very similar. I am a Swahili speaker who lived in S.A for 6 years. within my first week in Durban, I could understand isiZulu, and when I moved the following week to Cape Town, I could understand isiXhosa, then started speaking after 1 month.

The presence and slavery of Babylonians to the Bantu people was and is mostly from the Babylonians themselves, colonization in the Kongo and Southern Africa and in many other parts of Africa is what the bible is talking about. Brother, your information is spot on! What I found especially interesting is the section on how the Tutsi in Rwanda came to speak a bantu language. I have been trying to find information on this for some time. I've always found it odd that they, being mainly nilo-cushitic DNA-wise, came to fully adopt a bantu language and culture whereas you don't see the same thing with any other nilotic or cushitic group. I'm a bantu from Kenya and I can tell you that more and more of us are beginning to understand what really happened in Rwanda.

Actually, Rwandans and Burundians are actually Israelites from the tribe of Manasseh as the the capital of Rwanda Kigali is derived from the city of Gilgalil in the territory of Manassah in Israel.
