The man is a complete philistine if he doesn't find the building interesting. The work that went into getting that building from an idea to reality is clearly beyond his imagination. The semi-circular brick arch forming the crest of the glass took great skill to form and the cutting and laying of the bricks to form the gable and stepped course would have taken a great deal of time and patience. The steel structure formed to create not one but two pitched roof coverings would have caused a great deal of head scratching too! Call me an anorak but the building could never be regarded as uniteresting.

Jarvis Construction performed refurbishment in 2015 before UTC Aerospace. UTC merged with Rockwell in 2018 and formed Collins and signage updated. Into the 1970s at least, this area of the industrial estate was still farmland. Incidentally, the developments east of Boundary Way along the side of the building were impacted by the Dec 2005 Buncefield Oil Depot and Terminal explosion and fire, about a 1/4 mile to northeast. On 360 photo the office block (2009) with large car park at the T intersection was previously 3Com internet provider which went off line from the explosion and building later demolished.
Have been looking at your videos for the first time and great to see such great footage. If only we had more CCTV Cameras nationwide with that footage being shared publicly, it would be a much safer Country.

Now IF he had said they were the Rolls-Royce of tyre fitters , that might have made me more confident of flying and relying on their tyres , but to be honest , I would NOT want a Quick-Fit Fitter putting on aircraft tyres ON ANYTHING I was flying in 😢

If you get an A2 licence you can fly the same as under 250g but upto 500g but not fly directly over people … worth taking the extra test… there’s another caa consultation out now for more changes!!

bigger battery is not illegal to use outwith the relevant areas , you just fly under the bigger mavic pro flight rules. swap to the smaller battery when needed .
If he gets the bigger battery it doesn’t make the drone illegal it just means he has more restrictions to follow. Instead of flying in the A1 subcategory he will be flying in the A3 subcategory unless he pays for an A2 CofC course/test to allow him to fly in the A1 up to 500g with the only difference being no intentional overflight of uninvolved people. Would have thought you would know this.

I have a mini 4. The latest firmware will report the heavier batteries in the US. So I will get the lighter batteries.

Have a 300cc scooter but dont use it much since i got the 750 cc bike.

I can't even put a flashing light on my DJI Mini 3 as it hits 250gm. Shame though as there needs to be something flashing when i fly at night
