The spark plug isn't all the way in. I have just done a GX160 that had the same problem. Had to recut the threads because they were all gummed up with carbon deposits.
he replaced everything except the actual engine, he fails to know the name of the parts, or even how to set the air gap on the flywheel pick, very very armaturish.
