Ellis you guys are like two peas in a pod. You make me laugh 😂 the ideas you come up with it's like Trump and follow suit that's the love and understanding you guys have I'm 💯 happy for you guys I think you deserve it after the rough patch you went through. I never thought about Apple cuchela it's a first for me the thought of mashed sweet potatoes never enter my head not even the home made chow chow. You are a very creative and amazing woman. I could see why Sana wants to marry you again. The girls are bright as a button you train them well I hope gets through with her hundred home work. Keep the good living God bless you and your family.
Thanks for showing us how to make apple kuchilla and chow chow...will definitely try to make both items...Enjoyed this video... relaxing to watch after a long day at work... Thank you 💯❤
Apart from not using dirty spoons to avoid cross contamination it is also very important to sterilise all the jars and lids by simmering in water or heating in the oven. I noticed the J cloth...how was it? You are a champ! You and your wonderful family are pure joy.
Much love and Blessings Ellis ,Lasana and the girls.Never had chow chow in my life cause i always thought it was for ham.I don't eat beef or pork so i will try it with chicken or fish. That apple kuchela looking so delicious alway thought the mustard oil had to be heated first with the aromatics and whatever fruit using.
Love in every way what you do. I love hot pepper just like you do. By the way did you discard all that good apple juice... that's good stuff and I know very salty and not healthy to drink. I make apple talkari using the green granny Smith apple. If you can get it there try it in your next video. Love to the children. Love the coalpot bbq... better than the gas bbq.

I had forgotten when I made a comment earlier about the apple kuchela. I heard there was a roti shop here in Georgia, they made kuchela using grated carrot. I never tasted it but the college students who went there for Diwali, said it tasted really good. Since I can't get really nice green mango I plan to try making the kuchela later on in the year.
