@@143CHANTAL diet can affect it so much! And as baby grows, they put more strain on your round ligaments which can cause a lot of discomfort. Do you think the insomnia is from stress or discomfort?
Hey Bridget Teyler, I’ve had constipation in my pregnancy but I don’t push, I just end up drinking plenty water and yogurts help. I’m 40 weeks and 6 days. I’m frustrated because my pregnancy has been amazing so far, I’m just anxious about induction. I wanted to start labor on my own but it hasn’t worked for me. Hopefully soon!!

I had to sit backwards on the toilet and practice "breathing" my poops out rather than pushing them out. That was the only way I was able to go after about months pregnant.
This was very helpful! I’m pregnant with my 5th child. They may be TMI… When I was pushing with my 1st, my mom told me to push like I was going #2 & to push into the pain! It was so much easier for me to understand what to do with my body. The Dr kept telling me my body would know what to do but that just made me go against what my body was doing on its own. You are the 1st I’ve heard say the same as what my mom said! 😅each pregnancy is very different and I’m finding myself in so much discomfort. I’m 39 now and was 18 with my first child. Besides seeing my belly and feeling the movements, I didn’t feel pregnant with my other children! This time around I feel very pregnant!!! Anyway this info is just what I was seeking. I have had constipation from the start and got diagnosed with Hydronehrosis at 20 weeks. So neither of my plumbing systems are working. I have almost became a vegetarian/fruititarian. 26 weeks now. Just counting down the weeks.

It hurt me to “squat position” while pregnant and having work movements :( what really helped me was sitting up straight as a rod! Even extending my back a little. Sounds crazy but after I noticed and kept applying great posture that’s when things would get moving lol
Can I use Thayers alcohol free witch hazel and aloe vera toner for hemorrhoids? It's meant for the face, but I don't know where to get just witch hazel.
I have a redundant colon which cause constipation before my pregnancy. I am having an episode now at 13 weeks and I am miserable. Before I would take all natural Herbal cleanse vitamins and I stayed on a colon probiotic. The most recent cleanse pills that I took before pregnancy that worked well as the Herbal Cleanse from Whole Foods. Two or three capsules for two days, and I would be good. Not sure what I can do now.
Im 33 weeks pregnant and have painfull hemroids... havent even been constipated during my pregnancy😭 if I push it back it pops out again. Sorry for the tmi but even pushing back is so painfull can only do it when I put cream or oil on it. How do I get it to shrink? My wife was having constipation and her doctor recommended eating prunes and drinking plenty of water and so far so good! HOWEVER, my wife did bleed once bleed when going #1 when she was constipated and it really scared her. It has stopped and all seems well. My question however is was the bleeding possibly due to the constipation, does that happen?
Maybe she has heomrrhoids from the constipation straining? I know they can cause bleeding. Some are internal so you can't see them and they don't hurt, unlike external hemorrhoids.

Can I drink hot water with ghe in pregnancy
What I do with my ice packs after birth is pad and underwear then ice pack with a second pair of underwear to hold it on.
