Oh heyyyy, this is really cool. I could see potentially running some kind of "'command center" if you shoot solo and need to monitor multiple angles simultaneously. I love the addition of waveforms, too. I was honestly expecting it to cost more. That's not bad at all. Might be worth getting over a Ninja just for the extra flexibility alone. Thanks for highlighting this!
That's quite handy. No more freezing your butt off shooting outdoors. Just get in the warm car and control it all or getting real sneaky with the shots.
Monitor+ can do the same things while being more portable and cheap. Of course it could need some more development and is limited by the phone you're using. It's not much for pro videographers, but it's the best way to begin your journey... wow that sounds sponsored 😅 (i wish lol)
Hi friend, I am sorry that our monitors now don't support touch focus with FX6. The technicians have received many feedbacks like this. Probably it will be achieved in one day~ sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm slightly disappointed that it can't do wireless control with older bodies. I would assume it's just using the same HTTP requests to the camera's built-in webserver that the Android/iOS apps use. I do know that some of the older bodies are limited in some of the things the remote app can change, though. Like on the a6500, the exposure program still has to be changed with the physical dial.
How does the touch to focus work with the monitor and your Sony cameras?
Got baited by RUclips somehow stopped the title with "Portkeys BM5 III WR - Wirelessly Control Your Son" LMAO

A few times a year the Atomos Ninja V drops to 399 from 499. Best purchase I’ve ever made.

What is the latency like? Any stats on that, fair, good or great? What wireless video controller/broadcaster are you using with it? Thanks, fun video.
LH5P ll is same without the SDI.
But ,has dreadful problems losing the wireless signal….
Does the touch autofocus with the screen though?
Great job on the video Kai! Thanks for making it.

Hey, do the BM5III cross convert? Example HDMI-IN / SDI-OUT - Will it works?
Hi friend, BM5III can cross convert. HDMI-IN / SDI-OUT - It will work
Kai, nice to see your kids a little. Would be funny if you pretended you were married to Alamby. Miss the old gang.
Bought one for my fx6 hoping it would have touch focus/ updated firmware and no luck. Am I missing something?
