thank you, people really don't understand that your physical strength is tied to your mental strength. you can have all the physical strength you want but if you don't have the mind to use it then it is meaningless

    • @JustinJulian-00
      @JustinJulian-00 12 дней назад +2

Yeah man even if you still have the physical strength to do a lot of stuff if you're always mentally exhausted all the time like restricting your own inner power then of course your mental toll will affect your physical performance whenever you do battles or how to be battle Sharp maybe this is why people say he is Rusty because he always has negative thoughts about how people see him because the more he repress his inner monster the more that monster wants to come out and once he got it out then you know that he is still pretty strong because you probably heard of the concept called The mind body dualism where your body in many cases are linked to your mind and if you can't find a balance between your body and mind then you got way more physical capabilities than you do have mental capabilities but if you got both of your physical and mental capabilities working out together then you're able to do more stuff this is what kratos has always been struggling with all the time like he is struggling to keep that monster suppressed because it takes a lot of mental energy out of you this is why he was exhausted when other enemies beat him or when enemies become too hard for him to beat even though he is capable of beating them by himself and yeah I do like this theory and it should be Canon

Kratos is a Fallen God, a far cry from the devinity/godhood and meta-physical powers and responsibilities that he had as a God of Olympus, his true peak.
On top of being a fallen, domainless god, he also lacks the tremendous amps like Blade of Olympus, Hades Soul, Golden Fleece, Blades of Exile etc that he uses in GoW 2-3 to compensate for his lost Godhood.
As seen in the second Thor fight, just the basic Blades of Chaos amps alone make a huge difference.
His mindset is set on de-escalation and resolution, draining away at his Rage-based innate power.

Notice how whenever Kratos is beaten for real, like when at the spark of the world, the games makes you use spartan rage no matter what. This to me made it seem like when Kratos is composed and in need, he allows that rage to fuel him. When fighting Thor, he didn't dare do it since he was quite angry at Thor already and knew he might drift away in the rage because of that.

that don't require his magic is the
      bow of Apollo
      The boots of Hermes
      the head of Helios

      Triton's Lance

Saying that Kratos is stronger or would defeat the younger Kratos in a situation where the old man is doing his best not to explode with anger and is getting physically and mentally tired while holding back his true strength is silly and nonsensical when the young Kratos is going full force from the beginning without getting tired and being damn aggressive. And maybe you could say that if the old man went to his full potential, but we haven't seen it in the new games so it's impossible to confirm anything 100%.

Norse Kratos also hasnt pulled off anything that he wouldnt and hasnt been able to do back in Greece.
The whole age argument is extremely blown out of proportions. As a Olympian God, Kratos power grew with each moment.
But as a Fallen God since GoW 2 he develops and strenghtens way slower, with only his innate Rage remaining which he holds back conciously and by refusing the Blades of Chaos which feed and surge his Rage.

Old Kratos is definitely far stronger than young Kratos. If you take a moment you realize something. He took out Odin, Balder, Thor, Heimdall, Magi, Modi, the Valkyries and many others all while holding back, essentially pulling his punches. That's a remarkable degree of power. I would hate to see what happens should Old Kratos give in to his nature.
Yes, I know he didn't kill Thor but he did defeat him. Also gotta give credit where its due. Thor is one of the extremely few that have been able to kill Kratos. He's also the only one who made the mistake of not leaving him that way.

You act like taking down these sub-par beings is a great feat for the Bane of Olympus, Destroyer of Fate.

That is nowhere near the weight of a realm, not in a thousand years would being able to lift a REALM God knows how much nine weigh, Also if you did your research, kratos also lifted TYR'S TEMPLE! which is estimated to have INFINITE WEIGHT,
also when you say that kratos was "Tired" after his fight with baldur... BECAUSE HE HASN'T BEEN RANDOMLY KILLING THINGS FOR 175-200 YEARS! Please do your research, Even freya said that kratos was locked in the temple for 150 winters, That's near 175-200 years. In short Freya said the temple is about 150 winters underwater so 150 years minimum + Atreus Age + The time he was with Faye alone minimum 175 - 200 years. also again, when has he NOT been tireIn short Freya said the temple is about 150 winters underwater so 150 years minimum + Atreus Age + The time he was with Faye alone minimum 175 - 200 years. after ANY of his fights?? also you never mentioned how he nearly died after stabbing himself in gow 3, also y'know... maybe he could've HELD BACK
