- This is my review of My 2022 Western star 49X dump truck this is a six axle dump truck that I recently purchased doing a review of it showing all the features this is a Cummins engine 565 2050 and it does have an eaten ultra shift 18 speed transmission 8000 pound Henderson lift axles the color is a blue with silver fenders

Would really like to see more details on who did the outfitting, who makes the box? all the lights/camera systems, looks like you don't have the cheapest antennas available for the CB's which is nice haha.

I’ve never driven a Western Star but have always liked the way they looked. It seems to me you are digging them much more than the peterbilts. The new rides are lookers for sure. Make lots of $$$$ and stay safe
We have a vacc truck on a western start chassis. 2021 and boy they turn like a dream. Our only complaint is Ours has major turbo lag. Give it full throttle and it takes forever to go

Hi Justing, We are doing fucking great out here at sands and soils NC, in our dumptrucks we use wet bed liners so that we dondt have to use the bed shaker vibrator as much.
Hopefully there is a way to change the parking brake problem issue with the pto, so you can move while paving. Beautiful truck.

Nice rig. Love the color combination too. That thing in back is call a differential housing or "Pumpkin" which I know you knew and couldn't think of it. Love the work/task lights installed so drivers/operators can do their thing in darkness. This one is the Cummins but the rest are Detroit Diesel's, yes.

Nice trucks. But Don't like the looks of these new style looking trucks .old school for me.w900l or 379/389.one video looked like single frame? Don't see how it would handle good and dump good without double frame.
I like Western Stars, 4900, 4800, & 4700’s. All are Really Nice Trucks that I would put up against ANY Brand, but The 49X Trucks look like Turds, just like the W990 Trucks do. They are a Freightliner Cascadia Cab, Western Star 4700 Hood, and a International Truck Stainless Visor. Western Star could have Done A LOT Better Job Designing These Trucks, still Better Looking than a Freightliner Cascadia Truck, even if they are using their Cab.
Hey Justin got a ? I thought per D.O.T you can't recycle equipment numbers do to audits. That's why you never seen big trucking companies recycle numbers.
I hope you and your drivers make some good cash with the big truck.

Do you really like the ultra shifts are is it just because new drivers today can’t shift anymore? Good looking truck!
Fuel mileage and easier on drive train.
Drivers is the main reason. Most of them are too hard with the stick and tear them up trying to either learn to shift or they just don't care. People today have no pride.
If we all take a shot every time justin says um we would all be dead 😆 jk good video driver
