Great discussion on KCP on Orlando…cmon guys.
nobody cares about orlando i fear
@@JD-ck6vg I fear you lack brain cells
😂🎉❤ go Magic! @JD-ck6vg
lol they don’t analyze any of the interesting stuff going on yawn😂 Tampa bay rays fans feeling like 2009, ready for a winning decade with Orlando too!
Orlando i loved Denver than you. Now I'm out on Denver... Orlando have potential. I wish u well 🙏
The thought of Jokic in Serbia playing with his horses. Calling the Nuggets front office and saying “I want Westbrook” is just hilarious.
-- There's a horse farm in Maryland called: Westbrook. So probably a miscommunication.
It's a lie. Joke
I'm so disappointed in the Nuggets front office right now. After what happened this year the answer is not to get worse. The regression continues...
If I were the Nuggets right now, I would bring Kendrick Nunn back from Europe. He had a helluva season there, scoring machine shi
@@fuhgettabouditI saw some of his highlights over there. You're right, dude been balling. That wouldn't be a bad call.
It's not their fault KCP left, nor is he worth what the Magic are giving him
They could've easily matched though
You can't call it a regression yet cus free agency is still its early stages, let's see what happens
Nuggest's aside a defensive front court of Suggs (2nd team all D) and KCP will be smothering. He also adds the veteran presence and 3 point shooting and Magic desperately need. Paolo and Franz should take the next step. In respect to talent Orlando has to be top four in the east
Back court*
Thank you for speaking the truth about delusional Booth. It is insane what he is doing to Jokic. Joker is the best player the Nuggets will ever have and Booth is betting Jokic’s prime on late first and second round draft picks.
He must run out of there ASAP! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The Lakers win a championship with KCP and trade him. The Nuggets win a championship with KCP. What’s the common denominator. He’s a winning role player
Could we talk about the fit in Orlando a bit more tho?
Got a 3 and D player but still the only shooter on team, so got a shooter but still isn’t a good shooting team. Need some of the younger guys to step up
@@Lordandmaster26 If black and suggs show growth... could be a problem
@@Lordandmaster26 Garry Harris also
@@charliesmarts1 Franz got exposed in the playoffs needs to be more consistent with his shooting, considering he is a 80+ FT percentage, he has the highest ceiling to improve but teams are sagging all the way off of him making Pablo take bad shots.
@Lordandmaster26 He's young enough... I think the shot can improve. They got a taste of the post season, it will do the team wonders... Not OKC levels, but still improvements should be on the way.
I can see the Kroenke sports franchise business seeing the compensation to be paid by 2nd apron teams to thise under the cap. KCP at $22m was Sarver cheap - reminds me of Phx losing Joe Johnson to the Hawks
Kroenke sold all arsenals superstars to fund his stadium
Yes, it' cheap ownership, Kreonke's priority for next season is FC Arsenal FINALY beating Man City and winning the Premier league...however it's UNFAIR towords Jokic humself, who is top 10 All Time talent and has NEVER even had an all star teammate...lol..
Joker deserves 3-4 rings with the talent he got...
It is inept general management
@@PeterBoye-vr3oyand ownership. 💯💯💯 They think Jokić can carry Denver 10 more years alone 🤯🥳🤣🤡
Magic was already elite defense
KCP gonna shine like a sunbeam
Jokic get off this sinking ship
That's why he asked for Westbrook
🙏🙏🙏🙏
@@KK-pm7udlol u stupid casual...sure... 🤣🤡🤯
The owner is generally a bad person so on one hand, him losing is something I don't lose sleep over. But those Nuggets fans? I'm glad they won that championship so they could at least experience that with their team. But even with Jokic & Murray, they have a lot more problems coming.
I think they should have traded Michael Porter Jr last year and keep kcp and Bruce Brown because they need more defense and shooting they can't afford and cheap but also this new parity and the new apron and cba since they have to play Jamal Murray I agree the strange but they lose Reggie Jackson but they like Westbrook because his only 4 mil
Bruce Brown was impossible to keep because they were hard capped on how much they could offer him.
It's basically the Joe Smith rule. You can't sign a player to a minimum then give him a large raise the next season. It was impossible for them to match Indiana's offer. That was just bad luck
They didn't lose Reggie. They _paid_ *THREE* seconds to get off $5.25 million only to NOT re-sign KCP
Honestly Adam Silver should force the Kroenkes to sell. Or make them fire Booth if it isn't them. This is an absurd level of mismanagement.
Jokic should honestly demand a trade to a team that actually wants to win
Yeah the Porter deal is really screwing them up. He is valuable and I do think his shooting is needed still over trying to keep someone like Bruce Brown. The ideal situation would be to divide Porter into 2 contracts with a starter and another guy who can be in the playoff rotation.
@@josh0766 If only there were a 14 win team who desperately needs a big shooting forward like Porter and happens to have 6'8" two way sharpshooter and a bench combo big shoots 38% on threes and is a 90th percentile weakside rim protector
I think Booth is in over his head
@@michaelahurt they would much rather tank for the 5th pick again.
@@josh0766 No. I can assure they would not. The fans are ready to riot. If they don't win 30 games the fans might actually boycott until Gores sells the team
The fans weren't this upset when the Lions went 0-16. The Pistons don't have the option of tanking again
Have y’all realized that KCP already won a NBA championship in Orlando?
Remember the bubble ?
I love KCP❤will always appreciate him helping nuggets win
Denver is cooked. I could see jokic finishing with one ring like Dirk
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yes. He'll finish with one more in Dallas.
@@KK-pm7ud clown 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Think he’ll win more
@@AbdullahFarhanLifeonce he gets to Dallas
Magic also have the nuggets 1st round pick in the 2025 NBA draft.
Cheap ownership is the biggest issue with the Nuggets.
Lakers should have never let kcp go in my opinion
But for me, it is about time to hone the young guys, peyton, braun and the drafted kid from Dayton.
And at the end of the end of the day.
They are A CHEAP ORGANIZATION
These moves were like the Spurs losing Bowen due to retirement.
"Yay the mismatch are talking about the magic!"
Talks only about Denver
I'm disappointed with Calvin Booth for not keeping Players from that Championship. He is wasting Jokic's Prime and MVP Years
Denver could've just bring back Garry Harris for that same deal 2 years 14million, the guy KCP is replacing in Orlando's starting 2 guard and the same guy Denver drafted 9 years ago with plenty of experience playing with Jokic and Murray.
You do understand the Magic are paying Gary Harris as a role guy and not as a 20+ million 3-and-D type starter like KCP is right? Plus KCP is pretty durable whereas Harris has played about 2/3rd of a season in the last three years. Plus proven and young 3&D type wings are so valuable teams would want a kitchen sink compensation just to start talking business.
@@t4d0W Pretty sure Denver could’ve gotten him back for cheap seeing Orlando only gave him 7 million annually, a pretty low number for a 3&D role player, I don’t think they value him that highly especially since they brought in KCP to replace him, a couple second rounders could’ve gotten it done. I don’t know much about Denver’s salary cap situation but they could’ve given him half the MLE which is a bit less than 7 million if I’m not mistaken.
Reggie Jackson is gone too lol😅
Guys get paid to spew nonsense. Shooting is last thing nuggets worried about with strawhter. He had inconsistent minutes those percentages don’t mean shit. Gotta improve defame and decision making
Denver should go after demar
Absolute hack-job from Booth, i always get nervous when teams try to force an extended-era. Happened to the warriors and their bets on young guys instead of playing to win now.
Not to mention all the dumshit Booth has said in the media esepcially recently regarding KCP.
Maybe just maybe put good win-now pieces with the best player in your franchiese histories prime?
Derozan
Jokic will end up in Dallas with Luka by the time his career is over
Y’all don’t understand the new tax aprons. Denver couldn’t match this
Oh but the could. They weren't hard capped.
Minnesota's top 5 is $172m and Boston's is $164m (going on $197m). Don't say an inner circle title contender can't afford $168m for their starting five when two other teams are doing it. Plus Dallas and New York.
If you can't afford it sell the f**king team. Or make a goddamn trade.
Tom Gores just paid Monty Williams $65 million to go away. These are BILLIONAIRES. They can afford it.
So what if you can't add players if you're over the second apron. And?? WHO CARES!!! You don't need to.
And btw they aren't replacing KCP with a $5m mini mid-level anyway
This is either the Kroenkes being cheap or Booth's ego. Maybe both.
Kcp was not better eithe against the wolves
Porter contract is killing them dude was awful in playoffs
It's not though. Their (old) starting 5 makes _LESS_ than Minnesota's top 5 and slightly more than Boston's
There are two players in the Leauge that no body wants. Westbrook and MPJ
Kcp does nothing for magic as far as season outcome.
Yeah I don’t think he’s really needed there besides just being a good shooter. I think they should’ve gone for a solid offensive creator instead. This is more of a loss for the Nuggets since he fit so well there.
@@josh0766 magic GM just wasted a season imo. Should have traded for garland or Simon’s they need a pg. 1rst round exit
@@stevenwhiters8928 yeah I’m confused on the love for this move. This with the Gary Harris resign assures them that they have 3 very similar players and that’s not including Anthony Black, who projects to be a similar mold of player as well. I guess they are expecting Suggs to be the PG. The Magic are 4th at best in the East with the same concerns going into next year.
@@josh0766 only bright side is contracts are all moveable. But seem like the theme of offseason is just get good players figure out the rest later. When fit should be prioritized. Young guys with short leashes doesn’t work
@@stevenwhiters8928it takes two to tango. This is real life not a video game.
Just casual Denver fans want Russ 🤷🤦 Denver is cooked... it's over ... Mind-blowing what Denver do to BEST player in the NBA!!! Pathetic stuff ... I'm out. And if Jokić listen, brooo please RUN!! Run moj brate run!!!!
Maybe know the facts b4 embarrassing yourselves. It has come out denver basically offered kcp that same contract and he decided to move on. Denver has 3 max contracts. Not exactly a situation where you got loads of money to throw around
Maybe the gm saying we don’t need him in every press conference poisoned the well. And if they REALLY wanted to keep him they could’ve bumped it to 25 a year.
KCP’s wife already came out and said that was a lie btw
Then how TF are Boston and Minnesota finding the money????
@@michaelahurtCBA, bird rights and a bunch of other ish😂😂😂
@@charlesreid9432 Denver had Bird rights on KCP. The only limit was what ownership was willing to pay in luxury taxes
Aaahhhhh....so refreshing to hear a discussion about how mediocre MPJ is for the amount of money dude is making. Not his fault though, Nuggets owner & managment sucks.😐
