As a man of 38 years old, I have had 2 psychologically abusive relationships, one lasting 2 years and the other4 years, but in the main, ive been mostly involuntarily celibate and had to build up my confidence over 3 or 4 years since each relationship ended, where I have felt completely worthless and invisible and inferior to women. Many guys suffering from this childhood trauma end up being what you would call incels and dont even get what I have had, they just end up ubiquitously alone.

Great talk, I graciously Thank You, both! And I reiterate, just as we are forced to get our license to be able to drive a car, it should be Mandatory to Heal (or at least do a serious chunk of it) before we bring children into this world... It's the Only Way we are going to have Real Peace on this Earth... And Momma Earth desperately needs this... ❤🎉❤

😮 Anyone else caught in an endless redirect loop when trying to sign up for an account with the Star Network site? I clicked the original link and I'm being sent back to the first page no matter how many resets I try.
Also yes this was an Amazing live and an amazing live chat to be a part of. Sending big big love from Alberta, Canada! ❤🎉

I experienced a different issue. Tried to register for a December 2nd meeting and it kept registering for May 16th. Incredibly frustrating. I was so relieved to find support but I can’t trust the process when the infrastructure is faulty.

1:17:26 1:22:19 interestingly enough whilst I was pondering “ what is feeling at home really about and why is it that I’ve NEVER really ever felt that I belong? “ I received a 💡moment. Not only for myself but for all of us “ we the people “. I have much to say about all this. However, I’ve waited this long to be where I am and as much as I want to share with everyone, I must wait a bit longer. Patience is working its perfect work in me. Thank you for this presentation. I agree “ WE “MUST TRANSMUTE THIS!! 1:32:49 1:36:05 1:36:14 1:37:03 1:38:26 1:38:32 1:40:01 1:40:06 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🕊️🤍🕊️🐦‍🔥🧩❤️‍🔥🧩🐦‍🔥🧩🐦‍🔥🧩❤️‍🔥⏰❤️‍🔥🧩🐦‍🔥🧩❤️‍🔥🧩🐦‍🔥🕊️🤍🕊️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 1:40:46

If we grow up witnessing a poop show at home (and our inate fight, flight, freeze, fawn responses have to kick in to survive), "we're going to be manifesting insanity" 🎯 Yup!

I said earlier today, "this is the season for love and compassion, not just for others but also ourselves." -- it is so hard as a codependent to acknowledge our part in the abuse we suffered, and what it means for the people who do love us that we made them watch us be abused...

Also, American Gangster, Denzel is playing Frank Lucas. Diddy's dad worked for and with Frank Lucas. They were friends. I know people from North Carolina (where Frank Lucas is from), it's rough. I can't imagine growing up in that world, and one of my exs actually did. I won't make excuses for anyone, but how Diddy is, makes sense given all the givens.

I just got out of f a narcissistic relationship, but the person lives next door to me and I'm afraid of him. He was abusive physically . Do narcissists know that they are narcissists? He's really really good at convincing people that I'm the one with the issues. He even had me convinced at first.

It's incredibly difficult to be self reflective. We cling to our sense of self so vehemently, the mind of attachment rarely goes through inspection. This is a fundamental tennent of Buddhism, (the mind of attachment is the root cause of suffering) . It's one thing to know that intellectually, but in practice it's an incredibly difficult thing to achieve. It's much easier to focus on external problems and distract ourself from our mind. I've done a fair few hardcore meditation retreats and it becomes almost unbearable at some point. Most people will retreat for nice, pleasant feelings, but the real work comes in when you don't run from pain. Life is pain. Samsara is suffering. But no one voluntarily chooses mental suffering (their own).
My problem with a clinical diagnosis of an innate human mind makes the impermanent formless continuum of the mind into a fixed, real, unchangable "thing". And since the mind functions it is also impermanent, if it didn't function it would be permanent, like the mere lack of obstructive contact verses impermanent air.
That doesn't negate that these appear and have a conventional nature.
Boss episode. Rich, looking FIIIIT as per, lad 👌❤️💋

Thank you both, such a great discussion. Richard, sounds like your nephew could be very empathic, tuning into your energies. I agree with your younger self regarding the M brothers. I am hoping though that their case will raise awareness of CPTSD and all its facets for a better future.

Thank you for this topic! I would love to know your definition of compassion and toxicity, and why you think the feminist movement is toxic. Is it toxic to have compassion for women who have an ectopic pregnancy and need reproductive healthcare? Is it toxic for women to want to receive equal pay for equal work? Is it toxic to want women who are beaten by their partners to have legal recourse? I’m curious about your definition of compassion.

CIA/Mossad. He had Vaknin vibes. The comment about invading Iran to protect the whaminz, the schmoozing all over Richard, the STAR programme. Serious, serious ick factor, but that just means Richard will play with the snake again until it bites him.
Richard knows there is a narrative playing out but he's always a little slow to catch on (because he is a codependent people pleaser). He knows malevolence exists but chooses to entertain it. This is my mind's own imputation, but I won't be the only one who thinks like this.
