I mean there is a huge gap between drugs and guns in terms of how likely people are to be begin using (and more specifically be negatively impacted by). Have you seen Zenith Games Lee Sin? Or Porcelain Irelia? Those skins look nothing like their characters ingame (with Lee Sin) or on splash (with Irelia). I can't believe Riot would do this to the shovel man. He does such a good job and we can't even afford to give him a hat?

For me, in the Riot client, when you type in Graves in your collection he has his cigar, but when you click on him to bring his splash art, he doesnt. RIOT!

Except the police first mission is to keep the government in place, keeping people safe comes after. And if those two come into conflict, first mission always takes precedence. Anyone who took part or just paid attention to a demonstration knows this. So it is totally logical to dislike the police if you dislike your government

Lololol I just checked to see if my Graves has a cigar again cause I didn't know it was re-added and I found something funny... In LAN, inside the collection tab and on the champion portraits, Graves indeed has his cigar, but when clicked and the splash is on the background and in-game he does not.
The ahri MACROtransaction skin is controversial as fuck. Are they gonna remove that? Nah. Just gonna add a 1000$ bundle that includes a "this champion is unable to be banned in your games if you buy this" option....

Yeah, following the George Floyd incident, trust in police have taken a major hit. One it's still struggling to recover from 2 years later. There was even a separatist section in Washington state, an autonomous zone specifically governed by the people. It lasted a little under a month due to rampant criminal activity and the government just getting sick of it and reclaiming the area.
In most european countrys we have trained and somewhat controlled police. In many US states on the other hand...

The term offensive is such a subjective term. What you call offensive may not be offensive to another. If you find police skins offensive, just don't play the game instead of demanding censorship.
If Graves got his cigar back then Officer Caitlyn should get her skirt back. Officer Vi's splash art still has Officer Caitlyn in a skirt. There was no reason it should of been changed.

They changed karthus so that they could keep the same age rating in china. Its not just "china doesn't want you to put skeletons in your game", its "china's government decided that such imagery isnt appropriate for children of a certain age"
Riot has no backbone really, in wild rift they added taunts when enemy is under turret, trash talk during loading getting into the rift, and then bans people for being toxic. Like for a game company that's called "Riot games" they act like a dog on a leash wanting treats from unreasonable people bringing unreasonable problems.
