My P79 makes really loud rapid clicking sound. I have a 36 foot trawler and I can hear it in every part of my boat. Is this normal?
Do they work in aluminum boats ?

Thanks. Most PNW Alu boats have bottoms thicker than 0.125, so it won’t work.
What is the weight of the transducer of 600W (P79) ?
2.3 kg it says in manual
