I'm old. To hear him talk about dreaming of this moment as a kid hits me hard, because to me, Carlitos is still a kid. The world is your oyster, lad! Harvest the blades of grass before you. And never forget to stay humble in victory and defeat.
Awesome job Carlos!! World #1 at 19 years old!!
Carlos is so gracious and good for our sport. Im so happy for him and his entire family/team. Casper Ruud is as genuine as Carlos and I hope we see them bang for years.
A new star is born for Tennis Sport!! Congratulations
Pretty darn impressive for this teenager, and a foreigner at that, to first of all pay respect to NY and 9/11.
Someone raised/taught him right.
I keep reading how some people don't see any fatigue in Carlos. Ofcourse he's tired, but that doesn't mean that he wouldn't try. So far, Carlos has not made it an issue, unlike so many others. He just chomped down and stuck to his game plan. No excuses, just pure magical tennis. The world embraces this incredible young star 🌟...TODA LA SUERTE CARLITO! Eres un chico maravilloso!☝🏽... As Carlos said, "it's no time to be tired". What a humble and unique young warrior is Carlos Alcaraz.
Muchas felicidades campeón, orgullo de ESPAÑA!!!!!
Carlos sounds so much like Rafa in the way he speaks to the crowd so humble and so generous. 🥺❤️
🇲🇽 saluda y respecta a la madre patria🇪🇸🎉🎉🎉
That feeling when you just won the US Open but now you've got to talk about 9/11 even though you literally weren't born yet
CONGRATS CARLOS - WONDERFUL SO HAPPY FOR YOU - NEVER CHANGE !! - LOVELY PERSONALITY - AGAIN SO WELL DONE UNDER WATCH - EYE OF YOUR NO 1 COACH J C F " TIMES ARE A CHANGING " FOR A NEW STAR - CARLOS!
Alcaraz is the real deal. He's gonn win 20-30 slams. You heard it here first. His rivals will be Sinner/Ruud/ and Tiafoe.
Hopefully Coric too.
He will not have any rivals. Unless someone steps up, this player is going to cruise for the next decade.
@@marceloarnez1491 that would be a dream for any player! But Carlitos is human. There are some amazing players out there, some who have beat him this year already.
Dude just won the US Open and became the world number 1 as a teenager. We're really living in an anime huh
Carlitos, the unDjokovic
I'm pretty new to tennis, but watching this guy at Wimbledon, you could tell he was going to do great things and win majors, I just didn't imagine this soon 😂
👍🇪🇸 ❤️💛❤️ 🇪🇸
💯🙏🏾
Adiós Nadal, Federer and Djokovic...new talent has arrived
Maybe just Federer but Nadal still owns the French Open and Djokovic owns Wimbledon
What did he say in Spanish?
He appreciates the support and the wonderful atmosphere.
Carlos looks like a young Novak Djokovic
The hair LMFAOO
Just the hair is the same.
Uuuuuhhhh what
Appreciate Carlos. But i dont think he can beat Novak/Nadal/Federer.
Why do you have to compare a 19 years old with his 1st GS trophy to the legends with 20+ GS .... I mean was that a joke ? ... Alcaraz has a long way to go and win everything and after several years we will see which league he belongs to. Tennis badly needed a brand after the Big 3 and I think Alcaraz has all the qualities to become that..good for any sports...kudos 👏
He's already beaten Novak and Nadal once each this year. Carlos can only improve. Who knows what he will achieve.
Carlos has already beaten Novak and Nadal months ago...And don't forget that he still has 60%-50% development of his abilities left...At only 19 years old, he has already beaten two of the Big Three this year... .When he is 21-22 years old, if he improves a few little things and has no injuries, I think Carlos will be almost unapproachable by anyone... HE IS a tennis force that almost escapes reason at only 19 years old...
Let's be frank, Djokovic's withdrawal and Nadal not being 100% gave everyone a chance to win their first grand slam except Medvedev
