I live about 5 minutes from Disneyland.
I can step out onto my porch at night and watch the fireworks 🎆.
Me too! Right from my backyard every night!!!
same.
@@brandygeorge9are you a anaheim resident because i am.
@@donald2298 Yes, I am an Anaheim resident! Near Lincoln and the 5 freeway.
I love the perks of living in Anaheim. Free firework show almost
every night
For $600 I'd have to choose a tropical island instead or cruise!!! ✈🌅 nothing against Disney but a hotel room is still just a hotel room. Happy for you to live your dream thou - glad you had a great time! 😄💞
I LOVE Disneyland Hotel. I've stayed multiple times. The sparkles over the beds are SO SWEET. My kids fell asleep SO fast. And the Cast Members are ALWAYS SO WONDERFUL 😊😊
Just a suggestion but if you are feeling fancy you should stay a night at the grand Californian, it is absolutely remarkable.
I can't believe Goofy's Kitchen is still there!! I was there as a child in 1969 and was surprised with my first character dining!! But yes- would be fun to stay one night there for the experience!
I always stay at the grand California and some times at the Disney hotel I actually get deals when you stay more than one night so we always do 4 nights way cheaper…. Things people don’t know at-least they do it for me …
either prices went up or my parents were made of money. lol.
I've never really thought about it, but it looks really nice. I live about 15 minutes away.
There is nothing like staying on property when visiting Disneyland. It is a totally different and wonderful experience.
I'm from CT and my best friend surprised me with a night on May 1 for my 50th. I hadn't been to Disney in 16 years & what a magical night stay. We went to Trader Sam's & my chair deflated. My friend & I used to work at WDW and I know he didn't pay full price. Loved the fireworks on the headboard!
Back in the day, when you went to Disneyland with your adult friends, you'd take the monorail to the Disneyland Hotel to go for drinks and take a little break mid-day.
Absolutely ridiculous lol, for $600 I can travel to another country and still have money leftover, I live 5 min from there
I saw all that dust and crust on the lamp switch 💀
I stayed there many years ago. It has since been refurbished in a major way. I probably wouldn't even recognize the place. Our room overlooked Downtown Disney, and that wasn't exactly awesome, with the lights and the music that kept us up kinda late. But, it really wasn't that bad; definitely not a deal killer. We loved our stay and 9/10 would do again. That 1/10 is because we are more east coast folks and have been to Walt Disney World 25 or 30 times.
I hope to stay here one day! We love the WDW resorts, they are pricey but such a great experience.
Me and my sister have birthdays that are a day apart so as kids we'd always have joint parties. We stayed at the hotel when I was 6 and she was 9. All I remember was breakfast at goofys kitchen
I've stay a few times, I like it!
In disney world, you can visit the restaurants in the hotels without being a guest, idk if that applies for disneyland as well but it might
When I last went to Disneyland, which was little over a week ago, I stayed at the Paradise Pier hotel and I have to say that the elevators that they have inside of the hotel are amazing. That honestly had to be my favorite part of the hotel
I think house keeping needs to come back and dust 😬
Thought the same!
I’ll let them know
I have actually stayed in a family suite at the Disneyland Hotel. It waa a bucket list item. It was cool but given that I spent more time in the park than in the hotel, I would not make it a habit.
Well lucky you I live 1 hour away from it wish I lived closer
not me also living 20 minutes away from Disneyland-
I stayed there too. It was amazing
I was in the disney land hotel twice aand both were 1 week so 2 weeks ! It was pretty nice yams enjoyable
I stayed for a conference once and didn't have to pay for a thing. Beautiful room and experience, but wouldn't do it on my own dime. I'd rather stay across Katella at the Residence Inn. Free breakfast, full kitchen, cheaper and an easy walk in.
Wow 🤩
I live 20 minutes away from Disneyland too
I stayed there back in the late nineties and early 2000’s
Fireworks at night: I GATCHU- oops
I live 20 minutes also!!
My family's lived 10 minutes from disneyland for years but never been cause of the cost
I was in the same room for my 9th b-day!
I am going to stay at the Disney hotel in two months
I live 5 minutes away

No way you paid that much!
Hotels are worth it I don’t think anymore I know they stopped magic hour last year not sure about this year
600 a night. 600 bucks for ticket for family of 4 Def make u happy.
Naw. The costs to high. I have to sacrifice things for a full year just to make it to DISNEYLAND alone. I have to stay in a hotel under $100. No way I could afford that!
I go in the hotel every trip because we live 18 hours away
I’ve been to very hotel there (main ones) but the Grand
No cuz I’ve stayed in it 10 times. 😂
Room dusty as hell
bro i live 3 hours away from Disneyland
We are 85 mins from Disneyland I'm just a 48yr Autistic husband and father of 2 my wife has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer I'm trying to take my family to Oogie Boogie Bash 2023 but can't get tickets
600 a night is ridiculous
All dusty
So much dust for $600
No! I would not spend $600 dollars.
Rediculous if u live so close
Waste of money rather stay at a ritz Carlton lmao
Not worth the money at all
It looks dated.
$600 a night, you must have money to throw away. No I wouldn't stay there!
Grew up in the OC, visiting in August and excited it will be my first stay at The Disneyland Hotel!
Laughable compared to Disney World.
No you don't , the happiest place on earth in this scenario is in Florida
Disneyland is a ripoff
No, disneyland is overcrowded, you wait 2 hours on line for a 2 min ride, not worth it. Most of the rides are nothing special.
I would give it to all the homeless and drug addicts around there.
