I'm still not on board with the happy jack, but I love the double seat that swivels. Sadly, my boys are now big (high schoolers) and most likely will not fit in that seat. I'm still not big on diesel either. Loved that you went to Lucky Peak Lake. I'm in Boise, too.

Followed you guys for years and I know you tried several times to build a custom van of your own but I understand that having not one but two small children in van is tough. Nice build. The happy jacks gives room for sleeping for all. The kids can go to bed on the top bunk and you and Alex can sit in the front for a while. When it is time for bed, you two can climb in the bottom and can zonk out.
It's SO nice to see a van build that can be used with a family with even older kids...so often we see the builds for young couples with babies or toddlers still, but even that swivel backseat and a elevator bed is perfectly reasonable for tweens, preteens, and a teen or two.

Love this van, the swivel seats are amazing! I wonder as far as installing a table whether you could suspend a removable screw in pole from the ceiling to table? Guess you would have to figure whether it would be safe or not, just a thought.

Great build. Curious if you have ever considered the Transit crew for your family layout. Maybe i am overthinking it but side airbags and certified seating feels like a must for my kids.
I love this! How much is this? Can you put a pop top bed in this as well? We have 5 and my son would want his own space. Also seat belts in the back?
Beautiful van. I feel like I’d be claustrophobic on top or bottom but I could be wrong.
The van is absolutely gorgeous, the wood finishes are so pretty! I'm not really a fan of the video editing on this one, it's very flashy with many transitions and so different from your other van tours/videos. I think explaining and just plain showing is more calming and pleasant to watch. But that may be just personal preference. Despite all that, great job on the build! And may you have many fun adventures with your family!
I love a lot of things with the van. For years, I have been trying to figure out how to do rear seats and allow them to swivel into a sofa when camping. The swivel is nice. My only concern is if it meets federal highway safety standards for seating. If two full-sized adults were sitting in the seat would it stay intact or dislodge and throw the occupants toward the windshield? Been watching your builds and love your work! Quality and beauty is a common theme to all of your builds. Happy travels! ❤

Well done, the van really looks great. I'm curious, are there benefits beyond the nice aesthetic that led you to using the marine grade flooring? I don't feel like I've seen much marine grade material being used outside of showers and I'm always taking notes of interesting ideas for my planned conversion.
Lonseal has been around in the industry for a long time and we’ve used it on other builds. For this one we wanted a lighter colored flooring that we knew would be super durable long term. The other nice thing is you won’t have any issues with expansion/contraction with temperature changes and vibrations.

I’ve been following you for years and even bought your floor plan. So cool to watch you expand your family. The boys are cute and this is a gorgeous and functional van build. What telescoping ladder and where did you get it from? Been looking and can’t find one as portable and right height as yours.

Yes we build custom so we can build whatever you want! There are a lot of toilet options now

We don’t travel full time anymore, and unfortunately Nugget passed a couple months ago 💔 Bambi is 12 years old and still as healthy as can be!

Most of our clients buy out right but financing is available. Our conversions range from $100-200k depending on the features and add ons.
