Great video and van guys, we are touring in the Alps at the moment with our 11yr old boy. We are heading down through Italy for our 90 days, then back to Moray, Scotland where we live now. Not very many families on the road, so good to see you guys out there. Love the pop top, amazing addition 👍👍

My viv-viv-i-van is a small van as I'm on my own but I've gven serious thought to selling my house, trading viv-i-van in and buying a bigger crafter/ducato/mercedes van and living in it full time. I have not looked into it fully yet and am going to try staying in Viv-i-van for a few nights a time to get used to van life. I do love the fact that you are giving your kids an incredible life experience and they look like they are loving it. Love your pop top. If I cant get a bigger van I may get a pop top fitted instead. bessy regs-Kenny
You only seem to stay on each site for a couple of nights, but could you have an awning/ pop up tent to sleep in during summer to create more space? Also, your “garage” half of it could have been on a pull out shelf on casters giving you easier access to everything. Will you have space for children’s bikes in the new Truck? 😊

@@Touringwiththekids we're at Disneyland at the minute,leaving tomorrow and heading down towards benidorm :-) only thing stopping us up to now with the pop top is the loss of our top boxes ,as we don't travel lite lol and they are currently maxed out
i have a question do you use solar to power any regargable devices as i saw a battery bank under that seat just wondered will you use solar to charge your batteries

What is the temperature like up there in it, when it is freezing cold outside and also when it’s scorching hot? Do you have any issues with that? Is it really worth investing in please.
Thanks for following us! and lovely that you enjoyed the video. The pop top does have its limitations in really cold weather or if its mega windy outside. But in general the pros outweigh the cons.
We had a b2b charger, but no solar on this. We used a power bank. However we've since moved into a lorry which we converted last year and that's got plenty of solar 👍

Absolutely. They bolt actually crosses into the van itself, so I don't think anyone would stand a chance just pulling the door!

Hi, we were lucky and got them local from another van that didn't need them. They're made by a company called Scot Seats.

I have never seen a third seat up front that your little sits in. Was that a custom order thing or came with the van?
Just standard with the van, 3 seats in the front 👍 Although we did swap it out for a double swivel so it turns round. The original one didn't do that.

Yes we have a Bluetti power back with solar panel, that we just charge up.
