Hi Kelvin, what is a good card to use overseas for all my spendings on holiday? Aside from UOB Lady's because that one I can only use for one category. What If I'd like a card for everything such as transport/attractions/services other than dining?
Hi, I'm trying to pay for my geneco bills with cardup (UOB PRVI VISA) but I am not too sure how to cancel my current recurring bill and what is the bank details for geneco. Can you create a video for this? Thank you!
Hi Kelvin, thanks for the efforts of sharing. I'm newbie for miles card. Too much info for me to digest. Would like to understand, why for all UOB card, in Cons, - UOB$ merchants, what does it means.
When using miles cards, you want to earn miles. But when you spend at UOB$ merchants, instead of earning miles, you earn cashbacks in the form of UOB$.
1.3mpd is not as good as compared to UOB PRVI Miles 1.4. But its points doesn't expire. I guess good if your spending isn't high and you need a long time to accumulate miles?
@@KelvinLearnsInvesting thanks for the reply. I already have citi reward + amaze and standard chartered smart cc. As you recommended, I guess DBS woman card is the card I should go for but the high annual income and another annual fee card 🥲
Thanks for reply. Then to be ahead of the mile game is to get the DBS woman card as you recommended since I already have Citi reward and standard chartered smart cc. But that annual income and another annual fee card 😢 is it easily waiveable for the annual fee?
How about a row category for small business expenses.. like aws services, Ms 365, azure, etc. What's the best card? Cos these are high expenses can exploit
I got three questions on Citi reward card; 1) do I still get 4mpd when I use Citibank reward card via Apple Pay and pay through contactless payment method ? 2) when I use contactless payment, do I need to use my physical amaze card to be eligible for 4mpd after I linked the amaze card with Citibank reward card ? 3) does payment through mobile phone itself such as wallet Apple Pay eligible for 4mpd?
@KelvinLearnsInvesting hi Kelvin, thanks for the video and comments. I'm thinking on maximising on the Vantage sign up promo, but read that it excludes card up payment specifically for sign up spend requirement. However, milelion mentioned that cardup for rental purposes are allowed to hit the sign up requirement. Would you be kind enough to clarify this please?! Thank you!!

@@Moreone97It has no annual fee, so no harm in keeping it to soak up online shopping from other more versatile cards like DBSWWC, then you can use the latter for travel etc. I am keeping mine for the time being until they decide to nerf it even more 🤣

Citi reward + amaze work with XNAP? How do I pair it with Xnap? Amaze doesn’t work with Apple Pay right?
Thanks kelvin, can you do one video for cashback card too? Thanks

Courts I think is 5712, not in whitelist. Correct me if am wrong.
Which card is best for paying banquet at hotel?
Have swapped from cashback to miles 2 years ago. Now got enough to redeem business class to europe for whole family. Good video thank you!
Congrats!!
Hi kelvin , dbs woman world card link with fairprice app got 10X point ? thanks 🙏

Is there any charges if I use for overseas spent?
Will HSBC Revolution card still earn miles for paying telco and utilities bills, such as Singtel and Keppel Electric?
Hi Kelvin, any Amex card to recommend?
Hey Kelvin what do you think of UOB Krisflyer credit card over DBS WWC? Can spend more on air tickets and no cap overall for travel
Appreciate this video, may i know if UOB ladys card can be used in hotel restaurants (for example, wedding banquet in restaurant in hotel)
Can. But you need to select Travel category since hotels are counted as Travel
@@KelvinLearnsInvesting Thanks!
Citi Reward cap at 1k for 4 miles per dollar right?
Yes!

XNAP through HSBC revolution won’t get extra miles?😢
The new nerf excluded it

Can use heymax to check. Can compare between dbs woman world vs a card that doesnt have rewards cap

1) No, it's still contactless, not online
2) No need to use physical card. Just choose Amaze from your mobile wallet
3) Same as 1)
Lady still earn the bonus miles from even it is from uob merchant and its not 5 dollar block right
Yup!

I think this one u can try asking in his telegram group. I haven't try before so unsure

Pairing UOB Lady's card with Amaze still can earn 4 miles on local spending?
Can
I think HSBC revo can earn points from Xnap because I am earning the points after paying hawker using xnap
For now can, after 1st May no
Where does vantage stands ?
It gives 1.5mpd, so if u have that, it can replace the UOB PRVI card

Can I use hsbc rev at hotel restaurants
It excludes some hotels. Best to check see heymax to make sure. Or avoid using at hotels completely
Does contactless payment mean must pay by google pay or does tapping the card mean contactless payment?
Both counts as contactless payment
Can i ask fr citi card, if you link to amaze, if u purchase theme park tix frm japan website fr example, is it considered under oversea spend?
@@Moreone97 Yup! the citi card will earn 4 mpd + 0.5% from amaze
Awesome! Would u recommend continuing with hving the HSBC revol card or cancelling it altogether with the new changes?

i thoguht of getting Travel one by HSBC. is it worth it ?
The sign up reward is worth it. The spending points not so much
Hmm which credit card would you recommend for air miles. When ones spending is not more then 800/mth ( excluding school fees of 4K/ trimester)
All of them dont have minimum spending. I went through the top card picks in the video, js pick the ones most suitable for your spending
For UOB Prvi, does it matter if we go for visa / mastercard / amex version?
Visa better cos will get lower fee at cardup
www.cardup.co/personal/pricing
Y not Alex card for miles?
Do you mean AMEX card? Which one?
amex krislyer?@@KelvinLearnsInvesting
hsbc card has become really useless when cannot use for grocery anymore
Exactly, gonna cancel it 😂
Since when citi rewards and amaze remove xnap?
Ops, i missed that! Fixed in the document
You scare me i thought I was clocking xnap for nothing. Thanks Kelvin.
Wah thanks for the excel 😂
