Over the course of his career, Gurpreet Chana has also become one of the leading proponents of the Hang (pronounced Hung) a percussive and melodic instrument that blends Steelpan acoustics with the hollow bass of the South Indian Ghatam and African Udu drums. He is on a mission to test boundaries with his discoveries and collaborations, contributing to the culture at large while leaving behind a living legacy for many others to take part in..
