Lumpectomy or mastectomy?

My sister and mother died of ovarian cancer. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer I didn't think twice and told my surgeon to remove both. No brainer.

With mastectomy there is a tiny bit of breast tissue still left behind but 99 percent taken.
