    It looks like the front motor mount is. in the wrong position that front crossmember is backwards and it sticks out beyond the bumper brackets check it out guys your rebuild looks good I enjoyed doing this years ago too Thanks for great rebuild video Sam.

    Great video. What’s the part numbers for the frame bolts and nuts?

    • @Bubbles8V92
      @Bubbles8V92  Год назад

      i cant remember exactly how many of each we needed, i would get a quote from a few local suppliers on grade 8 flange bolts and nuts i believe they are 1/2" bolts by and a mix of 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 bolts but ill check

      The majority of the bolts are 5/8x1-3/4" and then 5/8x2-1/2". Factory they had some 2-1/4" and 2-3/4" but we cant get grade 8 flange head in 1/4 sizes over 2". Best option is to get a price from bolt suppliers but you will need to buy box qtys then. Which will mean you have a bunch left over for the next one 😉

    I want to buy a set of the front cab mounts that you had "beefed up"

    What is the cost to get new rails from PG?

    • @Bubbles8V92
      @Bubbles8V92  10 месяцев назад

      Can’t say for sure as we had to pay import fees etc, however it’s definitely reasonable in our case all in with shipping and tax was under 10k usd

      Couldn't you have gotten a local steel fab to bend those cheaper,

      its hard to find a shop in my area with a 30 ft brake, there is a local one with a 25 ft brake that makes cheap inserts but we eventually we gave up looking.
