Sirrrrrr! Your videos are like a big brother explaining investment to a younger brother. Love the way you explain in SIMPLE terms. In a very natural way not in a because I said so way!
Much awaited video. Thank you so much! Eagerly waiting for the second part. Also, would love to see a video on how to effectively read and analyze a fund manager report.
According to you Assest Allocation funds are safer then Balanced Funds, AMCs categories Balance fund as medium risk and Assest allocation as High risk, why is your opinion different?
One Question Plz : If a person invest 1 Million in Mutual fund after 5 years its NAV value decrease from 11.3 to 8.6 then what will be its redemption If interest considered to be 20%
Which fund have you invested in? If it's debt fund link money market fund then nav would only come down if they have given dividends. If it's a stock fund then it doesn't matter what's the interest rates. You have invested in stocks and stocks might come up and go down
Thank you for sharing the informative content on Mutual Funds. I have a question: I have invested in the NBP mutual fund, and every two months, a portion of my investment is deducted as dividends, which also lowers the NAV rate of that specific time. Is it a smart choice to receive the dividends or should I switch to another fund prior to the dividend payouts? I am referring to the NBP Financial Sector Income Fund specifically. My agent suggested that I should accept the dividends as it increases the number of units, but the overall amount remains unchanged. Looking forward to your response. Regards,
Is there an online tool that can help us compare all funds return in a category over a 10 years or so? That way we can understand better which funds are better managed as you mentioned is really important
@@InvestKaar That website only shows data for 1Y max just like MUFAP. I was wondering is there might be a way to look at the fund's long term performance. But looking at your videos, now I'm wondering if that even matters? As you also mentioned that the past performance is not best indicator of future performance but wouldn't it still be nice to know who's been consistent in the past and has better judgement while making decisions?
If the country defaults, investment in meezan money market funds and income funds are safe? Is there any way Investors of these funds need to be cautious considering the current situation of the country?? Thanks
I think your content is not of beginners because my friends and me are not able to understand what you want to explain make is simple with examples please
IF the country defaults on the foregn bonds nothing will happen. Inflation first will go up and then come down foren. But if we default on the local bonds (mushkil hai) then our financial markets including money markets and banks saving account are screwed
@@InvestKaar what are the ways to find how well the performance of local bonds is going on. Further, if we default on local bonds tu kitne % loss ho sakta ha aur redemptions per kya effect ho ga.
@@matloobkhan you mean how to see returns from bonds or you mean how to see returns of money market etc funds? Secondly if local defaults happen then i have no idea what will happen. All depends on how it happens.
@@InvestKaar thank you for the reply i want to ask how would we know that payment of our local bonds are going on smoothly and there is no danger to default on local bonds. So that If there is anything bad happening, we can take proactive approach and safely redeem our funds before the announcement of default. I understand that there are minimal chances of default on local bonds but for sake of financial knowledge i am asking this from you.
Is it advisable to invest in separate two types of mutual funds like if i invest some of my savings in conventional and some in gold commodity fund(on the principle of not putting all of the eggs in one basket)? Will it increase the chances of safe profits?
Oh yes! But remember that the category should be different like stock fund and gold funds or money market funds. Choosing two different money market or stock funds might just increase the hassle with no additional returns
Sir, you haven't covered emlaak financials, which is now the simplest way to invest in mutual funds through one window. And can even convert or change their fund.
