    One Question Plz : If a person invest 1 Million in Mutual fund after 5 years its NAV value decrease from 11.3 to 8.6 then what will be its redemption If interest considered to be 20%

    • @InvestKaar
      @InvestKaar  2 месяца назад +2

      Which fund have you invested in? If it's debt fund link money market fund then nav would only come down if they have given dividends. If it's a stock fund then it doesn't matter what's the interest rates. You have invested in stocks and stocks might come up and go down

    Thank you for sharing the informative content on Mutual Funds.
    I have a question: I have invested in the NBP mutual fund, and every two months, a portion of my investment is deducted as dividends, which also lowers the NAV rate of that specific time. Is it a smart choice to receive the dividends or should I switch to another fund prior to the dividend payouts? I am referring to the NBP Financial Sector Income Fund specifically.
    My agent suggested that I should accept the dividends as it increases the number of units, but the overall amount remains unchanged.
    Looking forward to your response.
    Regards,

      @@InvestKaar That website only shows data for 1Y max just like MUFAP. I was wondering is there might be a way to look at the fund's long term performance. But looking at your videos, now I'm wondering if that even matters? As you also mentioned that the past performance is not best indicator of future performance but wouldn't it still be nice to know who's been consistent in the past and has better judgement while making decisions?

    What would happen to the investments in Money market funds if country default's. Will it be safe i mean redemption karne ma koi issue tu nhi ho ga...?

    • @InvestKaar
      @InvestKaar  Год назад +1

      IF the country defaults on the foregn bonds nothing will happen. Inflation first will go up and then come down foren. But if we default on the local bonds (mushkil hai) then our financial markets including money markets and banks saving account are screwed

      @@InvestKaar thank you for the reply i want to ask how would we know that payment of our local bonds are going on smoothly and there is no danger to default on local bonds. So that If there is anything bad happening, we can take proactive approach and safely redeem our funds before the announcement of default. I understand that there are minimal chances of default on local bonds but for sake of financial knowledge i am asking this from you.
