Yar I am slowly becoming a fan of Usman bhai. This is guy a little too good at: 1- problem solving 2- conflict resolution 3- data analysis 4- productive mindest 5- determination (IDK what's the motivation here but he is determined) and only because I am growing up to be his fan I am not joining devsinc, its better to do 2 jobs and have a healthy debate over marketing problems rather than being a yes sir!
to achieve big dreams you have to be a dreamer, be optimistic and work hard. we love to shift blame on others, the government, the policy makers, the infostructure. what we should be asking is have I mastered the skills, do I have the IT skills with huge demands, do I have good communication skills? work on yourself master your skills, the world would come to your steps.
Junaid is pessimistic. And the Devsinc guy is optimistic but does give explaination as how his ideas can be achieved it is optimism but it's not blind optimism. Junaid on the other hand seems like he has no hope for the nation and underestimates its potential.
Having no background of tech. Just did a simple bcom after marriage. Got married after doing my intermediate. But I thoroughly enjoyed the whole podcast didnt pause for a second. Lessons that i took today are as follows: develop a habit of reading, dont listen to the news, be a thinker and learn something everyday. I have never seen Junaid Akram disagreeing so bluntly with someone. Now this is the Joe Rogan touch that was missing from our podcasts. Some podcasters have made them formal interviews and Junaid has yet again proved that a podcast needs to be casual.

Usman's point at 29:15 that a person earning 500k will leave Pakistan is so true. I earn 300k plus and I am leaving Pakistan. Just got a job in Berlin and moving there on 4th Oct inshALLAH. Leaving Paksitan is so hard yet I have to do it because it's better for me. I won't mind paying 40% tax there. I pay around 40k tax here and I get no benefits here.

My overproud Indian (often reacting to such Pakistan videos) this should also be a reminder for us to elect even better people for India who would create jobs, worry about the growing middle class and declining national income (for the oppressed middle class). Much of the national airtime is being wasted on faltu issues like bhaarat, women reservation (another societal division) and other useless narratives in India. I'm one hour in and am thoroughly enjoying the chat. Both Junaid and Usman are making great points. I do believe someone of the things Usman is saying would fall under naivete not optimism (Which I guess is required to be a visionary). It also shows contrasting mindsets, both of them mean well, but one's a realist and the other is an optimist, BOTH are needed to take the nation forward.

Usman sees the world through facts - you show delusion. Usman talks about Goals, Strategies, Execution and Persistence through technical and philosophical knowledge from the books he has read. You demonstrate only your illogical opinions. Usman talks about broad overwhelming impact , you talk about one student one family.
I have completed this podcast in 5 days, so far, one of the most informative podcasts. The only thing, I will add is, if you are wondering that anyone from the government will see the whole podcast, that is not going to happen. However, a huge round of applause for both of you.

Usman's point at 29:15 that a person earning 500k will leave Pakistan is so true. I earn 300k plus and I am leaving Pakistan. Just got a job in Berlin and moving there on 4th Oct inshALLAH. Leaving Paksitan is so hard yet I have to do it because it's better for me. I won't mind paying 40% tax there. I pay around 40k tax here and I get no benefits here.

My overproud Indian (often reacting to such Pakistan videos) this should also be a reminder for us to elect even better people for India who would create jobs, worry about the growing middle class and declining national income (for the oppressed middle class).
Much of the national airtime is being wasted on faltu issues like bhaarat, women reservation (another societal division) and other useless narratives in India.

Usman is pure energy in Full Throttle Action. That is the mindset to develop. Nothing should faze us from our goals. And goal setting is the very first education anyone can give oneself. We live in the Knowledge age. Almost everything in that domain is literally free. Discipline to execute tasks is number two. That is something to deal with on a very personal level.

I like this gentle man with ADHD. He is very positive and always talks about coming up with solutions rather then blaming the current scenarios like Mr. Junaid. Although mr. Junaid stays realistic but he becomes hopeless with the situation rather then finding the solution in a logical manner.

I'm one hour in and am thoroughly enjoying the chat. Both Junaid and Usman are making great points. I do believe someone of the things Usman is saying would fall under naivete not optimism (Which I guess is required to be a visionary). It also shows contrasting mindsets, both of them mean well, but one's a realist and the other is an optimist, BOTH are needed to take the nation forward.
We love & respect all your dreams, hopes & ambitions for Pakistan & apologies for Junaid's unhappy behavior 😅 but the truth is He's a very nice person & he loves the country InshaAllah Pakistan will rise. Amen

I would also add that freelancing can help to develop a country's human capital. When people have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn new skills, they become more productive and valuable members of the workforce. This can lead to economic growth and prosperity for the entire country.
