    Awesome, efficient walk through. I recently had to do this and eventually got there, but missed the 0.001 coil trick when “0” didn’t work for me. Great seeing how you constrained things as you went through as well.

      I'm glad I was able to help. Sometimes the majority of the builds in various models require work-arounds. Fusion 360 lacks a lot of the direct features that some CAD software does like Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor. With Fusion 360 you just have to be creative sometimes!

    I had to slightly modify this so I could ADD the knurling to the surface of a thin wall rather than remove it with the first cut. All that required was adding a line to the square so a trapezoid is extruded out of the wall instead of the triangle cut into it. Everything else worked perfect!

      Whatever works for your workflow is always best. My exercises will get you up to a point, but the fun begins when you have to engineer your own solutions :) I'm glad it worked out!
