Joe and Matt cover striper fishing in the Connecticut River and Eastern Long Island Sound in early June, and delve into what's expected over the course of the month.
In this episode, Joe talks bait presence in Connecticut, topwater bass techniques, battling bluefish and more. In Joe's experience, he believes the Eastern Long Island Sound is about to receive a big push of larger migratory striped bass that have been slowly following bunker schools up the coast. Stripers were in Narragansett bay, from the end of May to mid June, it seems that they have moved out now that the water is warming up, im certain they are around still but picky about feeding.....
