I saw lots of Indian brothers making fun of PM Deuba's English. I am no fan of his. In fact I campaigned for his rival , young politician Sagar Dhakal. However let me defend what is defensible. He was electrocuted in his tongue by autocratic forces as means of torture when Nepal was an absolute monarchy. Also he has done MSc economics from London School of Economics so its not that his English is horrible. Its just seems like that because of disability he incurred during his struggle for Nepali democracy.
