The background music is TOO LOUD - I can barely hear her voice. Acutally, it would be better without music.
No amount of volume control was going to fix it.
One solution is to turn the volume off and turn on closed captioning

This is my second time seeing you make that wonderful cake and put the fantastic icing on it, leaving me so hungry for it. It is so wonderful until I could have that cake eaten up in a few days and wanting more. I am not a baker, but would try if I thought the desserts would come out like that cake. I think you might be reacting that way because the music was so loud. It made her sound depressed because the volume, variation and expressiveness in her voice was muted.
That curd looks revolting.
The music is mixed way too loud in this video relative to the voice over. The video editing is also bad--it looks more like a food montage than an instructional video.
