You pretty much saved my hyde here. I just moved into a new place myself. The distribution of the living room is perfect for a projector, and I thought I was going to have to make a cool little panel inside the ceiling drywall (but adding to cost.) This is a much better setup.

Grab a long tv center stand and throw it on there and you got a solid look. Throw a picture on the wall to “hide” the blankness when the screen is down

Do you have to extend it all the way up to where that unused black portion at the bottom is exposed? Or can you extend it just enough to where the screen only is exposed? I want to get a 150' one but I dont think my wall is high enough to account for the black portion.
It does not need to be fully opened, but if it is not fully opened, there will be wrinkles in the unopened lower part of the screen. Only when it is fully opened will there be no wrinkles. Or you can contact customer service at supprot@vividstormscreen.com to customize a suitable screen. Thank you

I saw another video where a guy tested wall and screen projection and he said the exact opposite. No difference. This screen is really cool though.
Thanks! This screen is not an anti-light screen and can only be used in dark spaces. The brightness of the projector and ambient light are important factors that determine the projection effect.
To me, a bigger image trumps a clear screen. I used to fill up the entire wall with the projector image.
If you can have both a large image and a clear screen, would you consider it? haha
@@projectionscreenVividstorm I should restate my statement. The image must be clear, for me, but it doesn’t have to be on a movie screen. A wall or a series of white sheets or table cloths always worked fine for me. I would literally fill entire walls with my Epson 3020. It was only 1080p but it looked good enough to me. If I were to buy a tv, the bigger the better and it must be 4K or better.

Cool idea but it looks like a box sitting on the floor. I would mount a wall screen to keep it more neat with out something to clean around and cords showing
Sounds great! But this one is a floor rising screen, I can also mount it on the wall or place it in a cabinet to hide it.

100" is good, but 120" is better, and 140 is even better. Also, look up ALR screens, they work like magic with UST projectors, they make the projector watchable in bright lights as well.
The larger you go, the ANSI Lumens becomes more important for great pic quality, all else being equal.

The mobile phone can be linked with the projector via Bluetooth, and then projected onto the projection screen; the TV needs to be linked with the projector through a TV box. Thanks
