    I had the luck to be at the Blokker concert and it was mind blowing. Driving back through the center of Amsterdam we saw the limo with the Beatles returning to the Doelen Hotel

    You can't help but think about poor but fortunate Jimmy Nicol. So poor for him the gig only lasted eight days, he was a temporary replacement after all. But so fortunate to be one of the select few to ever sit in with The Beatles. It had to be the experience of a lifetime. Wonder if he's still around, hope he's well.

      Are you referring to the drummer on this clip? If so, it’s someone else who’s substituting for Ringo, because Ringo was ill and couldn’t make it to the Holland

      Indeed the drummer in the clip was Ringo's substitute during their tour in Holland and some other places (I guess): his name, Jimmie Nicol.
