Deegan has already set up a good reputation on and off the track. The other guys already know he rides a wide bike and he’s hard to pass plus he’s the fastest so guys have to go balls out to keep up. Thats a good recipe to have on your competitors. This is also why he says what he says off the track because if he also gets inside the other riders heads, along with knowing he’s hard to pass and keep up with, then it’s game over for the rest of the pack. 👍🏻

I like sexton and wish him well for the sake of watching a competitive race, but he’s way too crash happy. Jett is smooth as silk at top speeds. A mix of Dungy and James Stewart in one rider .
Jett, does the bare minimum he needs to do to win-and that’s all it takes. He called himself a “stiff kitty” this last week, recovering from his crash. The young man is cat-like. How he rides, his chill attitude, even his crashes (Hangtown was a wild one) are cat like. That look back was a cat calculation.

Not a Jett fan, but he’s clearly not at his best and he still gets a win. It’s only a matter of time before the points deficit is gone and Jetson will be red on red.

Sexton clipped a kicker on the way up in the rut and it threw his balance off, I don’t think he was trying to come in so hot
Chases' attempted pass on that corner was brain fart city but those things happen just as Jett's BF in the previous round.
Deegan has set himself up perfectly. The ONLY reason tom is racing deegan clean is because he knows the fallout that would come with being deegans "arch enemy" if he happens to clean deegan out. Deegan is living rent free in tom and kitchens heads.
in the MX bikes video game, Sextons move over that roller and into the inside corner would never work, but the way deegan did it, he patiently waited and went straight over the roller and used the outside berm to bank off of.
Jett looking back doesn't give off the negative vibe as some other riders. Maybe his heads up riding just feels more under control.

Jett doesn’t care, he’s hurt and he’s pacing, chase is a disaster, he put together one good race in the last 24 and now everyone is on the sexton train, it’s ridiculous. Hunter is a real competitor in my opinion
Agree, Hunter found his groove. Sexton has more speed than Hunter, but you can't crash fast enough to win a championship.
Jett’s not nervous, he knew Hunter was there Jett said he needed to pass Hunter early in moto 2 or he wouldn’t be able to pass later on for the win. As far as sexton, you guys set the bar high for him and he underperformed like he usually does. What he did at Hangtown was cool, but that was it, he was behind Jett and they left sexton to try and salvage 4th. So Deegan is constantly looking back in every moto so far. Does that mean he is nervous. What is happening is that everyone is hoping, that what happened to Jett made him hesitate and hopefully gives others a chance. That smell of blood went away as soon as J-Coop, Hunter and Jett left everyone battling for who’s coming in 4th.
Hangtown was a total one off for Sexton. He got lucky, almost doing his normal thing, crashing, several times in that second moto.
Danger was going for the kill!! Tom was so smart to simply move off the track.. great heads up riding

It looks like Sexton tried to scrub that jump in the rear end flew out on him. That’s just my guess though you could be 100% correct. So Jett does this a lottttt. He looks back sooooo much, and for most people, the rule is, never look back, because then you're going to make a mistake, crash, lose time etc. And I used to think Jett was the exception to the rule when it came to looking back, but I believe there was a SX race where he looked back and then either fell or almost fell or lost positions immediately after. And now here he is again looking back and then loses focus, then a turn or two later almost takes himself out. And I have never understood the need to look back, when you're in a 180, use your peripheral to gauge whether you're gaining or losing time, it's very simple, if you can't see the guy in your peripheral, you know he's still there so don't look back, and chances are, if he's so close your peripheral can't see him, you're going to hear him as well, so what's the need to look back? TLDR.
Don’t know how I feel about Deegan to this point. He’s an aggressive rider but is it going to translate into championships? Barcia is an aggressive on the edge rider to.
The Lawrence brothers have been just as aggressive of riders as deegan has been and they have no problem winning. The aggressive riders win. Otherwise Jo shimoda would be winning more with his non aggressive style

Nah, Jett smoked them all with a big chunk out of his leg, and not even at 100%. Sexton is not a focused individual unless he completely freaked out or panicked. Tom's a great rider and athlete, but he got pussy in his blood, Deegan is a shredding maniac with giant balls for his age!

Chase has the speed to run with jett but his riding style doesn't let the bike do what he needs it to do.chase crashes in slower speed sections exiting turns or entering turns.jett is more central on the bike where both tires are helping with grip while chase is to front end biased.

Vialle knew about the line, he just forgot to block the inside he said in the press conference. And why would you use Hunter vs kitchen, two different size bikes, to try and compare times through that section on the LitPro app? Unless you just had the names wrong, I couldn’t see the actual numbers on the bikes but ofcourse a 250 would most likely be slower through a section than a 450x

I don’t now why people think it’s back to look behind in a race , it’s so fucking stupid and everyone just keeps repeating it .
