You can pick up a 3" hole saw with mandrel (that's what the hole saw mounts to that has a "pilot" drill) at your local hardware store, Home depot, or Lowes, or order below from and affiliate link.

If you need a drill, I would advise going to home depot or lowes and looking for an 18 volt cordless drill - ridgid, milwaukee, ryobi, makita, and dewalt or decent brands, but if this is new to you, keep in mind that it's best to pick a brand that you like if you intend to buy more cordless tools so you can use the same batteries and charger for all of the cordless tools.
My favorite brand is Ridgid - not the best, but it has a lifetime warranty if you buy from Home Depot - no affiliate link here, just go to the home depot site or store and look for sales.

Great video. You mention 3 inch hole saw is that right? How would i stablise the gitting if its not a snug fit to prevent it falling out please any suggestions?
