I'm looking to invest in a short term rental lakefront property and was very intrigued by this video about Tim's Ford Lake.
I have also heard that Norris Lake is a really good market for short term rentals. I know it’s further away and closer to Knoxville, but I thought you might have some input about that and how it compares to Tims Ford Lake? Thx
