Tim is a native of TN, growing up in Nashville, before spending 16 years in Murfreesboro. Laci is originally from a small town in Iowa and has lived in Middle TN for 17 years. We currently reside in Winchester, TN on Tims Ford Lake. After owning a successful small business for 13 years, we decided we were ready for a new challenge. Real estate seemed to provide everything we were looking for: the opportunity to help others, to make new friendships, and being able to work together. In our free time we enjoy spending time on Tims Ford Lake, playing board games, and cruising. We attend church in Tullahoma and are very involved in our community.
We both believe that we don’t just sell homes, we sell an amazing experience, full of laughter, tears and a few grey hairs! But mostly smiles- The houses are just a bonus.

Cruising around the lake is the number two favorite. I would of guessed Tim would of said, FISHING 😊
