But thats not 2 wells and a tether...clearly the only way to beat legend is 2 wells and a tether based on LFG posts. (We beat it with tether, stasis lock who switched to well for bosses, and solar titan)...it was so easy
On LFG they don't know the people they are playing with or their overall skill level. So the best thing they can do to limit a team wipe is go with the most reliable loadouts for survival. There are tons of builds that can beat legend but those builds are best kept for playing with those who are ok with experimenting, LFG isn't normally the place for that. People are just trying to get their W and go. So yeah, it makes sense that you will see people asking for 2 Wells and a Tether because its the safest bet.
@@supersizesenpai And then you watch people drop a well while getting SWARMED by adds on top of the ADU because they have no crowd control and can't focus fire. I've never met a community so sheepish as the one in Destiny 2 lmao.
@@birkiedoc Tether is crowd control and if you are running an Orpheus Rigs build, you can have a Tether up like every 30 seconds. Also you are running 2 Wells which means lots of resto, cure and scorch damage, And if at least one of those Solar Locks is really awesome they'll be running a Ceno exotic helm which means endless heavy ammo. (I know all this becauseI've been running both even before Onslaught came around. They are amazing endgame pve builds) You see, There is a reason that combo is meta... because it currently has the highest success rate. Again this isn't about experimenting. IDK what is sheepish about people wanting to succeed at something that requires a significant time commitment and offers very little room for error. If you want to try something new than drop your own LFG post or join a fun clan. Either way, you shouldn't blame people for trying to achieve their goals with efficiency. It's not the players fault for Bungie's balancing issues.

I think add clear is underrated for onslaught from what I’ve seen so far. Stasis is also clutch but I do think Orpheus Rig void hunter is very very good. Just don’t think it’s the only option 😂
