It was delish, Sistah. It had lots of heat for me so I added more lentils. I found out why he turned on the exhaust fan, yikes! I had a fun time. Yay for the younger generation embracing our healthy choices. Be Strong, Be Well and Be Green!🌱
I don’t know what the deal is. Stores in my area never have red lentils anymore. I like to put some in any red sauce I make. It thickens it, barely tell it’s even there, and gives the sauce a big nutritional bomb.
